Beds very comfy. Room clean. Friendly check in. Good Wi-Fi. Parking spaces really small, so constantly concerned about car getting knocked by others opening doors. Air con, wouldn’t go be.ow 19, and cut off intermittently. Beware of Water in sink as it suddenly goes boiling hot if toilet flushed. A family room, and whilst my daughter was washing her hands, granddaughter flushed a tissue down toilet and the water from sink immediately went red hot, and burnt daughters hands. Noise from room above seemed like elephants walking around, when people were moving about.

Stayed overnight for work. Staff very very friendly and polite. Didn't get her name but young lady doing check in an the bar was very polite and helpful and Sue who running the restaurant very helpful, arranged our evening meal and breakfast booking. Very helpful and prompt with service and especially helpful with my colleague who was lacto intolerable.

Great night sleep. Our waitress Sue was absolutely great. Had a laugh. Would definitely come back! Couldn’t ask for a better stay. If we ever come back up this way will definitely book again. Can’t recommend enough! All the other staff were brilliant as well!

Lovely stay. Sue was absolutely brilliant. She had great banter and provided a great service throughout our stay. She was accommodating and friendly. Not to say the other staff wet great but she really was a credit to the company. Thank you for a great stay

We have stayed there before and overall we are happy with Premier Inn. It is clean and the breakfast is excellent and good value for money. We had problems connecting to the wi-fi and the reception member on duty wasnt particularly helpful. Apart from this we found the staff to be friendly.

The room floor wasn't very clean WiFi was extremely slow 100-200kb/s, even the paid one was about 5 to 7 mb/s Breakfast was poor and small portions Staff wasn't very helpful T The room as booked with breakfast, on the evening they said we need to book a slot for breakfast as they qre very limited spaces. We booked 10am the only one available, and next morning we found out they haven't booked anything for us, we had to wait even more.

We regularly use Premier Inn, and this was above and beyond the norm. We had a party of 14 and nothing was too much trouble, great food and service and good for getting into York (20 minute drive), coupled with the comfortable room. Will definitely stay here again.

Yes Lenny Henry was right-quite a relaxing stopover with lovely big room and comfy bed. Had the evening meal-great sirloin, and wonderful breakfast in the morning. I must compliment all the staff for being so friendly and helpful, always with a smile! Well done all!
