Yufuin Onsen Bessou Furusato

A trip with my mom and boyfriend. I was worried because there weren't many photos of the accommodation, but it was so good. It's a bit of a walk from Yufuin Station to the accommodation, but it's not too far and the road is pretty, so it's walkable. First of all, both the male and female owners are very kind, and the dinner and breakfast they provide are delicious. Yukatas are provided, and the hot springs are divided into 5 places, and almost all of the baths have an open-air bath and an indoor bath. When you enter the hot springs with your mom, you can lock it from the inside, so you can think of it as a private bath. It's perfect for those who want to spend a quiet and comfortable time. Our room was a two-story house, and the lower floor was the living room, the second floor was the bedroom, and the bathroom was on the first and second floors, so it was very comfortable and felt like a Japanese home. One inconvenient thing is that there is no convenience store nearby, so it's better to buy what you need before you go in. I want to go again.

I stayed for one day and the outdoor hot spring was really nice. The hot spring and accommodation were kept clean and in good condition. Since we visited in the winter, Yufuin was cold, but I liked that each hot spring changing room had a heater so it was warm. When we went, there was only one other group besides ours, so we enjoyed the private hot springs to our heart's content. There seem to be 5-6 private hot springs, so it's spacious. Also, the meat served for dinner is delicious, and you can order alcohol and drinks at a reasonable price on the menu. The owner and his wife were very kind and seemed to pay special attention to the accommodations and meals. Thank you.

It's really the best. I was worried because there weren't many reviews, but I didn't have to worry at all!! The owners were super friendly and the accommodation was clean!! The hot springs were divided into 5 sections, so I could go in whenever I wanted and rest comfortably!! The owners' cooking skills were also the best.. My parents, who always had a hard time because their appetites didn't match theirs when they went abroad, ate everything from dinner to breakfast and said it was delicious!! I want to use it again next time I go to Yufuin!! Thank you🤍

The owner and his wife were very kind, and the food (kaiseki and breakfast) was perfect. The hot spring was also great for couples to enjoy. I would like to visit again next time.

I don't write reviews because it's annoying, but this place... how should I express my feelings? I really rested well, was treated well, was so touched, and I think this is healing. I arrived at Yufuin Station and had a hard time because of the wind and rain, but this is also a memory. I want to go back to the time when I put my legs in the kotatsu and had a beer. If you go straight to the right from the station, you will see a lotion. If you go to the right again, you can cross the pretty train tracks that you can't just pass by. If you walk a little more, you will find it right away. The owner couple was so kind that they lent me an umbrella and helped me with my wet suitcase and shoes. It wasn't cold, and the dinner and breakfast were the best as in other reviews. The beef, rice, and soup were so delicious!! There were five hot springs in total, so I felt like I could go wherever I wanted. Sitting in the warm open-air bath looking at the rainy sky ㅠㅠ I can't help but think that I have to work hard and earn money to come back again. I will definitely go again!! Oh, and I stayed in a room on the second floor, and I was a little worried because the only photos were of the kotatsu, but if you go up the stairs to the second floor, there's a room that can comfortably accommodate four people, and the blankets are thick and soft, so I slept really well. The view when I opened the window was crazy, and anyway, it's the best value for money ♡
