1. The hotel is located in a forest area and is very quiet. There is an open-air parking lot (free), and it is also easy to park outside the hotel wall. The luggage will be delivered to the room. The hotel is not far from Liangzhu Museum, Cultural Street, etc. and can be reached within half an hour. 2. The family room has two beds, which is just right for a family of three. Pet tableware is also provided, so it is worry-free to bring your cat with you. 3. The service is very good, showing seriousness and thoughtfulness. They set up a group in advance before check-in, answered questions patiently, and responded quickly within the group. We checked in on New Year's Eve and found out that the whole place was reserved for our family only, but the service was not compromised at all. A few details: the housekeeper Xiao Chen had to wait for us on New Year's Eve and missed the family reunion, not only did he not complain, but he was also enthusiastic and proactive during our stay, responding to our various requests; the restaurant prepared breakfast for the three of us on New Year's Day (set meals when there are few guests, and they would ask about the dining time the night before), and he was very patient; when we checked out, we had a lot of luggage, and several brothers and sisters helped move it and sent us to the car. 4. The two problems encountered during this stay were water temperature and ants. Xiao Chen helped to adjust the water twice and we basically solved the problem. However, we may need to think of a solution to the ants. Because there is a group of people who work hard, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, and I recommend staying here. It is said that the scenery nearby is very beautiful in spring and autumn, and I will consider going there again.

Very satisfied. The triple room where I live with my parents is both stylish and practical. The breakfast was exquisite and the front desk service was warm and thoughtful. It is especially suitable for self-driving, 30 minutes away from downtown Hangzhou and 30 minutes away from Qingshan Lake. Changlelin is quite ordinary, but it is nice to take a walk in Bellet Manor.
