Best location for train ride. Nothing else interesting in the area.
Room layout is not the most functional. Lighting control presets are somewhat confusing.
Photos from dining hall restrooms. How confusing is this hotel.

The 2 bedroom suite was humongous with nice marble flooring in living room and bathrooms.
Families staying would want to take note that there is only 1 shower room and the other bathroom is a powder room.
Housekeeping is daily, and bathroom slippers were exceptionally luxurious. Many good TV channels are available and smart remote for curtains.
Service
Butler service via wechat group chat was a bonus. They helped give tips on where to go and how to purchase the tickets to Jade Dragon Mountain. Extremely responsive in rendering help from replenishing bottled water to housekeeping.
Location
For travellers taking train, this is just across Lijiang High Speed Train Station

The hotel was very modern and clean, it felt very luxurious like a 5star hotel. It was located very near the train station, which allowed us to catch the train easily. We had a very pleasant stay here.

This is an excellent hotel. The location was excellent, just diagonally across Lijiang high speed rail. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The breakfast was also excellent. On one of the mornings, we had to leave the hotel early to catch the sunrise at 玉龙雪山, the hotel allowed us to eat breakfast early at 6am, instead of the regular 6.30am, it was so flexible. The rooms are very generous in size, so u would have no problems having 4 persons in a room with 2 beds. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. Thumbs up. 5 stars! I would come back again !

The welcome fruit plate is so healthy and delicious . We were surprised by the spectacular view of YuLong Snow Mountain right in front of the room. The room is so spacious that we laid down two large and one small luggage without any movement issue. Also not to mention about interior design is so cosy and comfortable. Instant hot water during shower, sufficient number of power socket, smart toilet bowl and self service free laundry machines were available for our need.
This hotel also serve healthy, balance diet and Yunan caffe for breakfast.
We thank you to front desk manager, Miss Xiao for her best efforts and arrangements.
This is the best hotel in Lijiang that we stay so far. I strongly recommend to visitor that plan to have a short stay in Lijiang and wanted to go other places in the next morning.

Great view, great location (5min to train station) 20 min city bus to Old Town. Spacious room with enormous tub and shower room. Excellent gym with very smooth weight lifting machines.
Only comment is occasional sewer gas smell from toilet. Don't know if it is hotel or city as the same smell comes from some of the manholes around the street,
Overall a great experience and would definitely book again.

For a 5 diamond hotel, this place really dissapointed us. We booked because we wanted a bit of luxury and a western breakfast before heading north to Shangrila. The room was very nice, but there were no 5 star/diamond facilites. After the breakfast buffet, the restaurant closed. We were told to walk over the road to another hotel if we wanted to eat. The pool was half full and looked dirty. I think the worst thing was that the whole place was feeezing outside of our rooms. Lots of expensive looking marble. No heating in the public rooms. At breakfast everyone had their jiggledackets on and their hoods pulled over their heads.
The front of house staff looked amazed that they had guests that did not speak Chinese and just giggled.
Not impressed at all.
