從來不給差評，但是真的對這家名宿無語，房門口頭頂上一大個蜘蛛網，蜘蛛還在上面爬，問酒店人員，輕描淡寫説一句正常，我也是服了，還很自豪一樣，不會叫搞衞生的來弄一下。空調漏水，喊來酒店服務人員，説空調漏水，滴的房間濕答答，他直接回答我叫我晚上不要開空調，還説前天就有客人反應，我就很無語，前天就有客人反應也不會叫人維修一下，還接着賣房，我説不開空調很悶啊，你家紗窗也沒有，有紗窗還説把紗窗打開，可以透透氣，他也就不做聲，也沒有任何處理方案，我就當算了。十一點左右我老公洗澡，當天晚上下雨，放了快半個小時沒來熱水，打電話給前台，過是過來看了，當時我老公在洗漱，叫他等會再過來看，後面也是沒了音訊。總之就是相當垃圾，還賣三百多一晚，八十塊錢都沒人住。

看完評價本來不想選擇這一家的，但看了院子覺得還是不錯，又能看到雪山，重點是價格很親民。老闆人很實在也很好，還給我們免費升級了房間，這個位置也非常安靜。

1.酒店標準可以停車，但最後無法停車，我們停車在外面停車場，產生42元停車費。
2.酒店空調不制熱，晚上無法換房。雖提供了烤火器，但整夜寒冷。
3.吹風機損壞，無法使用。
4.衞生間洗漱台水管漏水、毛巾浴巾臟得無法使用，自行購買一次性浴巾28元。

服務態度好，古鎮裏行李箱不好拉，管家來接的。客棧位置很好，是兩個院子做的客棧～很寬敞舒服。房間衞生也蠻乾淨的。去雪山的票沒搶到，老闆幫忙買的。還有廚房，可以自己做飯。
