Service was impeccable, the hotel is so exclusive, beautiful and the property grounds are well kept and maintained. Breakfast and dinner were both amazing!! Love the seasonal menu and the personalised service. Highly recommend!!

The hotel has every amenity you could ask for, and aside from the lack of air conditioning, everything is perfect. Summertime is perfect with Dyson air coolers and in-room fans. Winter is perfect thanks to underfloor heating. The butler service is exceptional—the best and most comprehensive I've ever experienced in a hotel with butlers. Yang Yang highly praised my butler, saying she was always available. The hotel's surroundings are truly beautiful. Aside from the water spiders that populate the various pools, the scenery is breathtaking and offers a sense of detachment.
