完全超出預期！從入住到退房全程高效順暢，前台工作人員響應特別快，Check-in 時主動告知早餐時間，還免費給我打印了文件，對趕行程的打工人太友好了。房間佈局很合理，辦公桌寬敞且燈光適中，處理文件、開網上會議都很方便。衞生細節也到位，衞生間乾濕分離乾淨無異味，一次性洗漱用品質量比同價位酒店好不少。地理位置也加分，酒店門口就是公交車站，去客户公司和高鐵站都很便捷。下次來麗江出差，這家肯定是首選！

帶長者和孩子來麗江玩，選這家酒店主要看重 “性價比 + 便利性”，結果體驗特別好！前台看到我們帶小孩，主動升級了空間大一點的房型，細節很貼心。房間裏床夠寬，一家三口睡完全不擠，而且隔音效果不錯，孩子白天玩累了午睡，外面的聲音基本聽不到。熱水出得快又穩定，給長者孩子洗澡很方便。對面就是超市和零食店，買水果、零食特別近，酒店門口就是公車站，出行很方便。退房時孩子忘帶了玩具，工作人員還幫忙收起來打電話提醒並郵寄，特別負責。對家庭出行來説，這樣的酒店真的太合適了！

服務貼心：從前台辦理入住就能感受到熱情，工作人員手腳麻利，很快就辦好手續，還耐心給我推薦周邊好玩的地方和必吃美食。酒店有免費早餐，種類豐富，小鍋米線味道超讚，我連吃了好幾天都吃不膩。24小時客房服務也很到位，有任何需求打個電話，工作人員馬上就來解決，超貼心。
