We booked Hilton one day before our returning flight. The room has a great value for the price. It's clean and we got nothing to complain. Check out the bathtub, which is in porcelain material and super big. Also the bedding is super comfy and we could choose other special pillows on request. Btw, we also tried the pool and the gym. Both got great quality stuff. In the second morning, I went down to pick up some delivery, and Richard Li at the front desk saw me sneeze and asked if I got cold. And I later on got a pot of ginger tea in the room. I appreciate the service. Overall, Hilton is beyond my expectations and I'm very happy for the living quality I got and the price I've paid. The hotel is very close to the thousands ancient love show,The transportation to ancient town is convenient,we just use didi.The attitude of the service staff is particularly good, we can see the snow mountain while sitting in the restaurant, last but not the least,thanks for manager Richard Lee’s great efforts.

Very relaxing stay. Nice room condition and comfy bed. Peaceful stay with good price. No dinner buffet available during our stay but we could have light meal in the evening .

We got the beet one personal service from Amelia. The room was clean and very comfortable. We got connected room as we ask and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommended for a families❤️

Required for a non-smoking room but there's very heavy smoking smell in the room. Hence, we were changed to another room that led to a worse experience - the room's Aircon was malfunctioning. Overall, I'm very disappointed with my stay here being part of the Hilton group!

Big shoutout to 小钟 for the great service! Check in was really smooth and seamless. Touched down at 12pm-ish and he was kind to allow us to check in early.
Room was clean and bathtub was huge!
Really love the lunch at the international restaurant. Do try their 小锅米线。
however this hotel is not located near the 古镇。It takes around 20 mins to head to the 古镇， but it is convenient with didi.
