The hotel leaked my personal information. Right before and after I checked in, I received two messages searching for my WeChat number and two text message verification codes. I called the front desk manager but he didn't do anything. He kept asking me to resolve the issue and had a very bad attitude. He showed no intention of resolving the issue and even added fuel to the fire. Such a person is really not suitable for a management position. Follow-up: I complained to Home Inn’s head office. 客房房間衞生很差，設施老舊，前台服務員態度也差勁，定的房間在三樓，但是還得走好長一段路，還得下樓梯，很費勁，三樓竟然不是一整個平層，還得上上下下樓梯和台階，預訂的時候並沒有告知這個情況。最搞笑第二天去吃飯，九點去的，沒有啥菜了，稀飯啥都是涼的，很後悔定了這個酒店。之前都感覺如家這個連鎖店不錯，這次簡直了，再不敢訂這房了。
