I have a memorable and most enjoyable stay at this hotel. Most welcoming and friendly front desk staff who would offer support and assistance promptly without hesitation. They are confident and competent. Thank you, I had a wonderful time. Wish all the other hotels would have a service level like yours.
The hotel is clean and modern. I enjoyed the breakfast too, the food was plentiful with balanced variety.

First internationally rated hotel here in this historic city of Yurchenko and it's conveniently located in the famous salt Lake District.
The reception was pleasant and professional making you feel you want to return and be in there loving care.

The hotel shared our contact details with the police, which wasn’t great, since they kept calling us about our whereabouts in Yuncheng. Staff otherwise was very nice.

The room facilities are very new, and the cleaning is especially clean and tidy. I just dyed my hair and stained the pillow, but the hotel didn't ask me to compensate, and quietly put a pillowcase for me, which is very considerate. Everything is good 👍
