I have a memorable and most enjoyable stay at this hotel. Most welcoming and friendly front desk staff who would offer support and assistance promptly without hesitation. They are confident and competent. Thank you, I had a wonderful time. Wish all the other hotels would have a service level like yours.
The hotel is clean and modern. I enjoyed the breakfast too, the food was plentiful with balanced variety.

The room was good, the room was a bit small, there was no place for two luggage, either on the ground floor, or a very narrow table for breakfast variety in general!

The rooms at Novotel Yuncheng are relatively new, comfortable and clean. The hotel called me in advance to meet my room reservation needs and tried to arrange it. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and recommended us a nearby restaurant with local specialties and sent our luggage to the room. The breakfast was complete. Although the restaurant was not very big, the table was cleaned in a timely manner and the hygiene was good. I was impressed that all the hotel staff were very polite and everyone would take the initiative to greet the guests. It was a satisfactory stay!
