Do not come here expecting westernised service. The Chinese restaurant did not have a menu in English and staff could not communicate like other Hilton International hotels. The food was very expensive for the worst food we had in China. Restaurant very untidy taking them too long to clear tables despite staff present. They kept saying about the western restaurant and we were sent around the hotel in circles - we eventually got them to escort us to it - it was closed and only the location for breakfast.
Half the hotel is mothballed with the lights off.
Good breakfast in the morning to fuel you for a day up the mountain.
The room was good - although there were so many different light switches it was a mission to turn things on or off.

We were very impressed by the staff of the hotel especially Mr. Tom Hong. My husband forgot his iPad in the bus to the hotel. Tom was resourceful and extremely helpful. We got the iPad back the next day. We wanted to thank the bus driver (who found the iPad in the bus and brought it back to the hotel) and other staff at the hotel.

very small toilet room, hard to close the door. no hygienic shower, bad if you are used to washing yourself. staff forgets to put enough towels. it was very cold in the restaurant, but it is not customary to turn on the heating in winter. there were few meat dishes, but a lot of tasty vegetables. cable car is nearby.

Little to complain. Excellent location to visit Sanqingshan. Great Hilton service by the staff. Nice, clean and we'll equipped room. One negative would be the lack of food options, especially for western meals that I understand I have to pre-order in the day if I want it for dinner because the western chef is not available whole day.

Just wonderful place. Come there 3rd time and it always just perfect. Staff exceptionally friendly and very professional, all questions solved just on the fly. The breakfast rich and tasty. Swimming pool just amazing place to rest after long trail in mountains. Strongly recommended for those who wants to explore SanQing mountains and do that in relaxed way during vacation.
