3-Star Hotels in Zagreb

The only thing that bothered me a lot was the cleaning and organization of our room, there was one day they passed some dirty cloth, which smelled bad. Sheets and towels were not changed.

I needed to stay one night in Zagreb to visit Pridvice, so I chose this hotel because it was affordable. There were almost no amenities and no bathtub, but it was enough for sleeping. The breakfast was also substantial considering the price of the room.

I recommend this hotel as it is very well placed to wander around Zagreb. It is clean, very good breakfast and the staff not just friendly but very helpful. When you have had a wonderful holiday it is always easy to write a good review but my review is based upon yes a lovely holiday but it had to be cut short by five days - I got quite ill and had to return to London. The response by staff could not have been better or more kind. Not only did they help me get organised to leave but they also waived the cost of the 5 days. They did not have to do this but chose to help and support me. So I cannot speak more highly of this Hotel and its staff. And thank them so very much for making this difficult time more manageable fr me. So this review in not simple about the physical attributes of this very well placed hotel but evolves from the leadership and priorities of the Hotel and staff to fundamentally serve its customers. - Close to the central bus station and 2 supermarkets. Perfect for travelers who need to catch an early bus - I got upgraded to a lager room and the room is spacious and comfortable - Plenty of choice for breakfast. Pizza in the restaurant is also great. - Overall very clean and staffs are welcoming

The service was great, there is one friendly Indonesian at the front desk. Quiet surroundings and near to the groceries store

The breakfast is simple but more attentive, and the location is excellent. The front entrance of the hotel is the commercial center, and the back entrance is not more than 5 minutes' walk up the mountain to reach the old town. There is a free parking lot, and the service is superb, helping iron the clothes for free. Great choice in Zagreb.

Hotel is near the tram station. Beds are perfect to sleep (not too soft). You also don't really hear traffic at night and the curtains are enought thick, so that its full dark.. And the breakfast is also perfect. Various food and drinks... Maybe few more tables woold be good. Free parking. 9/10

Hostel is very clean. Receptionist are very kind and helpful; she can speak english.

It's a bit far from the center but the hotel is in good condition You need to adjust your check-in time by phone or email in advance (******************************************* I recommend a steamed beer restaurant nearby ~
