Zagreb Hotels with Gym

Overall good stay, clean apartment, nice location near the city centre, friendly staff. But there were a couple inconveniences which affected the score for me. First, there is no filtered drinking water in the apartment — you have to go to the 2 or 4 floor to get it by yourself. Second, the very day of our stay 1 of 2 elevators didn't work, and that caused me travelling across all the 12-levels building with the water because that only elevator had its own mind and went completely random. You need to lose some time to get water in this hotel.

This Sheraton hotel is a bit far from the Old Town, about a ten-minute walk away. However, the city itself is quite walkable, and you can see all the sights on foot. The hotel offers a good breakfast with a wide variety of food. It also has a well-equipped gym and an indoor pool, which, while a bit small, is still a nice amenity.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! One of the most beautiful hotels I have been at for a while - so modern, awesome style and lots of small nice things that make a difference: a fridge, free bottled glass water, free coffee machine with nespresso capsules which are topped up everyday AND a crazy comfy bed … ohand an awesome view from the bed itself! The rooftop pool is great but there are not sun loungers, rather just chairs and stools (to be honest, this is to be expected as the rooftop is not big enough really for loungers - on the plus, towels are included and provided for free).

In need of refurbishment from a cosmetic perspective, as the carpet in my hotel room was worn and tired. No body wash and had to ring housekeeping for refill… perhaps this should be checked regularly with cleaning. Cannot fault the care demonstrated towards guests and breakfast quality. A grand old lady of Zagreb that will always draw me to her. Fantastic location. Highly recommended.

Very close to the airport, ten euros is enough, no need to make an appointment in advance, Uber can call the car at any time. It is a bit far from the city. Breakfast is OK, there are grilled sausage food that Chinese people can eat.

Great hotel, great stuff, the location just cannot be better! Clean, friendly hotel, big and comfirtable rooms, amazing view, nice parking place, nice pool, well maintained gym, many different conference rooms and fantastic environment. I must stress that I am always afraid in such a big hotels that I will wait too long for the hotel elevator. But in the Westin Zagreb, - I didn’t have any problems. As the city is in the very center of the town, everything is so close, and also you can make great shopping. What to say, the best choice to stay in Zagreb!

the hotel is so clean, big room, good breakfast, serve halal food as well. but the location is a bit far from the old town. overall its good hotel

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've been to hundreds of hotels, I enjoyed it here the most. Very kind and nice staff, they go out of their way to fulfill every request. Wonderful hotel. I'll probably come here again.
