もう一泊したかったくらいインテリアや雰囲気などとても素敵なホテルでした。美しいものが好きな女性にぜひお勧めしたいです。スタッフの女性も安心感のある優しい対応で大変居心地の良い滞在ができました。朝食も手作り感がある料理で器もこだわりを感じ、一つ一つに感動しながら頂きました。このホテルに泊まるためにまたザグレブに訪れたいです。ありがとうございました。

버스터미널 근처라서 플리트비체 갈때 엄청 편함 트램도 바로 앞에 있어서 시내나가기 편함 위치는 최고 ! 근데 호텔안에 먾지랑 벓레 개많읆 숙소 밝꿁잙맑잙 목 앍픈게 다 나았읆 그리고 3명 자서 추가 소파베드 있었는데 일관성 있게 3일 내내 수우거ㄴ을 두우개애만 넣엏줳음 조식 먹는 곳은 걸어서 3-5분 거리에 있고 그냥 한번 정도만 간단하게 먹어봐도 괜찮았음 조식 추가는 비추 직원들은 진짜 진짜 진짜 친절함

Nice and clean hotel with excellent service. Front desk was very helpful and recommended good eating places and helped take care of the car. Parking was very convenient just out in front of the hotel.

This Sheraton hotel is a bit far from the Old Town, about a ten-minute walk away. However, the city itself is quite walkable, and you can see all the sights on foot. The hotel offers a good breakfast with a wide variety of food. It also has a well-equipped gym and an indoor pool, which, while a bit small, is still a nice amenity.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Very close to the airport, ten euros is enough, no need to make an appointment in advance, Uber can call the car at any time. It is a bit far from the city. Breakfast is OK, there are grilled sausage food that Chinese people can eat.

The hotel is on the top of the mountain, the scenery is good, but if you are not driving, you should book carefully. The self-driving journey is shown in the picture. Breakfast is relatively simple, there is wifi in the hotel lobby, the room is not, the room is small

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, and I've been to hundreds of hotels, I enjoyed it here the most. Very kind and nice staff, they go out of their way to fulfill every request. Wonderful hotel. I'll probably come here again.
