Pullman Zagreb
"Facilities, staff and hotel were top quality. If it had a pool it would have easily be a 5 star hotel"
City Walk Hostel
"Stayed at City Walk Hostel in Zagreb. It’s right in the heart of the city, steps from the main square. Pros: Unbeatable central location, super affordable, and you can walk everywhere. Cons: Being so central means street noise at night, and facilities are pretty basic. Great for a quick, budget stay!"
Best Western Premier Hotel Astoria
"I only now stay at this hotel when I am in Zagreb. From the moment you walk through the main doors and into the reception area, you are warmly acknowledged and greeted. You are a valued guest and are treated like one. Check in process is smooth and seamless. The room is well-appointed and given the time of the year, cosy and warm. The bed wa super comfortable and the pillows offered enough support to ensure a good nights' sleep. The bathroom was spotless and the heated towel rail was much appreciated. If you are so inclined, the mini bar is stocked and there is also excellent room service. The buffet breakfast is sensational- the best in Zagreb. Something for everyone and for all dietary requirements. The one thing that always impresses me here is the fact that all employees and acknowledge their guests- from the room attendants to the kitchen staff. I will alway come back to the Astoria Zagreb. Thank you for looking after me."
Hotel International by Maistra City Vibes
"Clean and good value! Not close to the city centre but you can’t be perfect. Friendly staff."
Canopy by Hilton Zagreb
"Good location , tram line just outside the hotel . Approx 20 mins walk to the main square. Clean hotel , nice and friendly staff. Comfy beds. There are restaurants and a grocery store close by. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel."
Hotel Blue
"It was not bad"
Esplanade Zagreb Hotel
"Absolutely loved its location. The interior of the hotel was really posh & the rooms were well-furnished."
Hotel Aristos
"The hotel is right next to Central Station, making travel very convenient. Our room had a balcony facing Mount Vesuvius, and all amenities, including slippers and shampoo, were provided. It was perfect for our family of three and I highly recommend it."
HI Hostel Zagreb
"Very convenient location. Check-in was on the old schedule. I stayed one night in a private room, so it was fine. There's no elevator in the building, which is a minus if you're traveling with heavy luggage like me. There's no shelf in the shower for shampoo or anything else, which is very inconvenient. How difficult is it to install a single shelf? The walls are thin; I could hear my neighbors until midnight."

Hotel Tomislavov Dom
"Comfortable stay and nice receptionist"
Hotel Phoenix
"The hotel was very nice and the staff very accommodating. I arrived very late (it is specified that the desk closes at 10pm) due to flight delays and they opened up no problem at all, and every request I had they more than sorted. I really enjoyed the stay, and while the location is in a business district, I would highly recommend the hotel."
Grand Hotel Zagreb
"Lung heat is very good and very new"
Stay Swanky Hostel
"I won’t lie, when we arrived at 1am I genuinely thought, where the hell have we booked after having never been or even heard of Zagreb to be honest. But I was so wrong. We stayed in the hotel part of Stay Swanky, the room was huge and had everything we needed (only comment would be a better hair dryer and milk for the coffee) when searching for accommodation for our trip, I wanted a pool so we could relax. There aren’t many places in Zagreb with pools, so this was an instant draw to stay here. I did think after looking at pictures that it might be a very young vibe and we may feel we’re on an 18-30s holiday but that was fine. Again I was very wrong! The pool area was super chilled, there’s only enough places to sit/lay so it feels quite intimate. Theres a buzzer to ask the staff to bring drinks which was great as if you wanted to go to the bar, you had to get changed into your clothes which would have been a pain when wet, but I get it. The prices are really reasonable too, which is refreshing as we once went to a hotel in Greece and for 2 lagers and a water it was €18, here its €8! Now onto the food…..possibly the best Thai food I’ve ever had, so much so we went twice on our 4 day trip. Again, really reasonable too, in a really trendy and laid back setting too. If you want something quick and even cheaper, there’s so many places to grab something to eat literally outside the hotel (also an amazing kebab shop across the road to the right, great at 1am 🤣) The staff are all lovely and really helpful, Swanky, you really have something special here. It’s a little oasis outside of the hustle and bustle of the centre but not too far to dip in and out. Would we return, 1000% and we will be back again but I have a feeling we’ll have a few friends joining us after we’ve raved about it so much!!"
Art'Otel Zagreb
"The staffs are nice and we will recommend travellers to come"
DoubleTree by Hilton Zagreb
"doesn't worth 5 stars, maybe prie is 5 star. I will not come again definitely. I asked 1 folk for using and The reception replied over and over again "what folks? I can't understand. Sorry!!!" finally they understand and were asking 4 eur to use that folk you believe that, in Croatia! Croatia is not like before!"
Hotel Antunovic Zagreb
"Nice hotel"
Hotel Residence
"Great location, however aircond was down."
Whole Wide World Hostel
"Good for young people"
Hotel Central
"Very convenient location for visiting by car. Parking is very close to the hotel"
The Dots Hostel
"This hostel was very nice! It felt more like a hotel but with a more friendly vibe. The rooms are spacious and really clean. Also the sound proofing is excellent. I am a light sleeper and I didn’t hear a thing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I arrived after the checkin time and it was very easy to checkin. The location is excellent! It’s close to the train station, bus station, and old town. I only stayed on night but if I come back to Zagreb I will definitely stay here again!"
Hotel Dubrovnik
"Central location, great location, warm rooms."
