4-Star Hotels in Zagreb

It’s walking distance 10-15minutes from Centre bus station , but I have big luggage so I used Bolt about eu3 per-way. Is a quiet & safe place to stay, opposite hotel is children school and a small park. Eu0.53 one-way by train(lot of choices ) to Old-town.

This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room. The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone. Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.

I was very satisfied with the room; I always tend to trust branded hotels. There's a fairly large supermarket nearby, which was convenient for shopping. It's also very close to the bus terminal, so I didn't have to drag my luggage far to catch a ride. When checking out, there was a heavy wind and rain, but the hotel staff kindly and quickly helped me get a taxi.

Hotel is excellent. I stay for the second time already. Good breakfast, excellent Wifi, cleanliness, service and staff friendliness!

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the city center square and below the Red Umbrella Market! The room is very cozy, the shower water is very fast and comfortable, the breakfast is simple but filling, the waitress is a beautiful girl, very gentle and has a good attitude. The only drawback is that it is difficult to find. I walked around the building several times in the middle of the night and finally found the small sign at the door (Figure 1). After getting the key from the key box, I went in and there was another sign on the second glass door (Figure 2). Then I took the elevator to the 3rd floor and entered by pressing the electronic code.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! Excellent savory breakfast, with cooked and raw vegetables, eggs, meat, cured meats, cheeses, etc. The sweet part is a little lacking. Free private parking. Large room. The shower head cannot be hung on the wall. The sink rests on a shelf that is too deep, which makes it difficult for people who are not tall to use

*************Excellent studio apartment...BUT the issue is the noise ******** Throughout the night from traffic and rubbish trucks. It was sadly relentless and despite having double windows the glass is not double glazing. Due to the noise I would not stay here again sadly. The apartment and service was flawless but even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep.

The hote is an excellent location in central Zagreb. The rooms facing the street are really large and quite nice. There is a nice roof-top patio with views of some of the sites of the city. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate that the staff were polite, responsive, and helpful. I would stay there again.
