It's about a 15-minute walk from the bus terminal. The hotel is in a residential area. From the outside it doesn't look like a 4-star hotel, but the room was quite comfortable. The staff were friendly and the included breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water.
The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by.
Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away.
I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room.
The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone.
Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience!
Service: Almost no service, no replacement of towels, no cleaning
Health: Not bad
Environment: To be honest, the environment is OK
Facilities: OK

CloriaismeTen thousand times more beautiful than I imagined! Maybe it's because I checked in so late, but they upgraded me to this huge room. It's absolutely gorgeous with an amazing view, and the hygiene is excellent – very clean and bright. Highly recommend to everyone!

Anonymous UserExcellent savory breakfast, with cooked and raw vegetables, eggs, meat, cured meats, cheeses, etc. The sweet part is a little lacking.
Free private parking.
Large room.
The shower head cannot be hung on the wall. The sink rests on a shelf that is too deep, which makes it difficult for people who are not tall to use

*************Excellent studio apartment...BUT the issue is the noise ********
Throughout the night from traffic and rubbish trucks.
It was sadly relentless and despite having double windows the glass is not double glazing.
Due to the noise I would not stay here again sadly. The apartment and service was flawless but even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep.

Hotel is located conveniently, especially if traveling by car. When I arrived, while taking a shower I realized that the bath drain was clogged and had to clean it myself (as I was already soaking wet). Obviously, clearing out other people's hairs wasn't my idea of a well maintained bath in a 4-star hotel so I complained at the reception. They apologised, but it was all a bit too late. In general, the shower could use some TLC as the toiletry shelf inside the shower was not clean as well (had some mold on it). Other then that, the room was adequate, and the location of the hotel allows for a good sleep, even with windows open as it is far enough from busy streets.
Breakfast was mediocre - croissants were semi-baked, almost raw inside and definitely just baked to finish from frozen (not freshly made in hotel bakery). The selection of food was meh, but it wasn't horrible.

The hotel is quite large, and during my stay, I saw Chinese tour groups checking in every day. The soundproofing is very good, and the breakfast offers a really wide variety of fruits. The room is also spacious enough. The only downside is that the location is too remote; I often waited over 10 minutes for a taxi, and it's quite far from the city center.

The hote is an excellent location in central Zagreb. The rooms facing the street are really large and quite nice. There is a nice roof-top patio with views of some of the sites of the city. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate that the staff were polite, responsive, and helpful. I would stay there again.
