Zagreb Hotels with Balcony

This was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was nice enough for a couple of nights. Large bedroom but uncomfortable pillows, modern bathroom, very small kitchen and living room. The downside to our stay was that we didn’t receive check-in instructions from the property. I tried to contact them on three separate occasions, but to no avail. In the end, my daughter, who was already staying there, managed to speak with someone. Also, the address listed on Trip.com is incorrect, and once again, we were able to access the building and the apartment thanks to my daughter—I don’t know what we would have done otherwise. We never received a response from the manager, the owner, or whoever was in charge of check-in.

Overall it was a great experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic, only five to ten minutes walk from the square where all the attractions are located. It is about 20 to 30 minutes walk from the main train station. The room is clean and is equipped with free coffee and tea. I did not take the breakfast since they are readily available in the city. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Perhaps the only downside is that it is right in front of a tram line which can be a little noisy. But the hotel has double glazed windows, with an additional front panel. Hence no worries in getting a peaceful sleep. Highly recommended.

After staying for two days, there was no service, and the bathroom towels in the room were not cleaned at all! When I took my children to the swimming pool, the waiter's attitude was extremely bad. He was only targeting Chinese people. There were a whole room of people in the room. He insisted that we speak loudly and specially recorded a video. Our voices were not ours at all. It was extremely outrageous! It feels a bit ****** towards the Chinese! Not satisfied with the service here! A video of the swimming pool is provided so that everyone can see why we were so noisy. The massage SPA is arranged next to the swimming pool. It is not a bath, so how can there be no sound! When checking in, you can write a clear statement stating that children are not allowed to stay and no sound is allowed while swimming! It's so ridiculous. There was basically no sound from our child in this video. When the waiter came in, he came straight to us and asked us to remind the child to keep it down, but we didn't make any noise at all! Time and time again! This is the worst hotel experience! I liked it, idk about location, I had a car. Plenty of parking in the back with a nice view from up hill. Big Fridge in the shared kitchen at ground floor and with freezer so you are able to put your blue icy box for the travel box. Croatian uber drivers are super speeders so take a throw up bag with you

The main highlights of this hotel are: 1. The breakfast is very good, including mushroom pasta, and the eggs are much better than in most European hotels—not too creamy or buttery, and not too greasy. 2. The service is excellent. The area that urgently needs improvement is cleanliness; the toilets smelled terrible.

Located in the city center, near the Trg j. Jelacica tram stop. Walking distance to Upper Town attractions, including the Lotrščak Tower (Tower of the Robbers' Bell), Kula Lotrščak, and the Church of St. Mark's Church (Crkva sv. Marka). Free breakfast is provided. The common area is large, and the Wi-Fi is reliable.

This room was perfect for my stay in Zagreb. The location is within walking distance of everything you want to see in the city. The room is clean and even has a stove and all kitchen utensils in case you want to eat on some days you’re there. On the last day, we went to the National Park and had nowhere to store our baggage the guy at the front desk held our stuff till 8 pm and worked extra so we could come to pick them up!! Great sat highly recommended!!

I highly recommend Histrl Bureau in Zagreb Croatia..facility is alright, but most importantly, the front office people or the receptionists are the best, considerate, humanitarian, kind, & caring receptionists, namely; Lana, Paul, & Katerina. Their customer service skills are by par and exceeds my expectations. Kudos to you guys and I appreciate y’all!

The hote is an excellent location in central Zagreb. The rooms facing the street are really large and quite nice. There is a nice roof-top patio with views of some of the sites of the city. The breakfast was excellent. I appreciate that the staff were polite, responsive, and helpful. I would stay there again.
