Promoted as a five star hotel it falls far short of this standard. Advertised as a new acquisition by Marriott one expects this to be exceptional which it is but for all the wrong reasons. The rooms were not clean and the decor and furnishings very dated with the bathroom having only a shower. It was obvious from the start that staff shortages were a problem with the main dining area at times struggling to cope to the point that we cleared and reset tables on more than one occasion. After dinner the one bar had a dozen or more guests queuing for drinks. It is not possible to list everything we found fault with but a five star hotel it is not. Main positives are good food and the location on a World Heritage site (an unspoilt beach)

We were honestly surprised by how gourmet the food felt for an all-inclusive setup. Each night was a different culinary experience — from Mediterranean to Asian fusion — and the wine pairings were spot-on. The bars served premium spirits and proper cocktails, not sugary pre-mixed drinks. Also, the entire property was spotless. You could see the care taken in every detail, even in the public restrooms.

We arrived and check-in was amazing, we were sat down and they done all the paperwork. We were shown to our room and it was in need of updating but still very nice & the bed was very comfortable. Food was OK but alot of the time it was only warm not hot. Staff work hard but they are spread very thin over the hotel. Special restaurants, greek Tavern food was ok but could be better as there was next to no taste. Italian nothing special but again not very much taste. The pizza dough was quite good, the best thing they could do to improve would be to have a wood-fire outdoor pizza oven. The grill restaurant was tasty but again if there was an open grill this would improve the smell and taste. Overall a bit dated but still a nice place

Really lovely stay, the hotel is spotless and the beds are so comfortable! We really enjoyed the environmental aspect of the hotel too plus all the toiletries are natural. Beautiful hotel and just perfect for our long weekend away. Short transfer from the airport and close to local nightlife should you want it. Food has to be the best I’ve ever had when abroad-so much choice and everything is delicious! The staff were so helpful too, one of our party is dairy free and someone was always available to tour the restaurant with her to explain what she could and couldn’t eat/this really was exceptional and really helped her. We will definitely return for longer next time!!

Excellent hotel with amazing staff going above and beyond to accommodate guests. The food in all restaurants was excellent but portions on the large side for us. Plenty of sun beds looking over the beach and pool We had minor issues with our room which took two days to sort first room very tight for space then second room limit rail space to hang cloths for two week stay but room was clean and serviced every day

We have just returned from a fantastic relaxing week here. Food was amazing, Staff were exceptional nothing was a bother. Our room was compact but suited us fine with a garden and side sea view. This hotel is right on the beach and there were lots of sun beds and parasols. We will return at some point as the holiday ticked all the boxes for us.
