"Just completed our 3rd visit to the King Jason Zante Hotel that is now in the third season since opening. Not the cheapest of hotels for sure, but quality of service can be expensive. King Jason Zante offers value for money for the packages on offer. The Adult Only hotel location is sited on higher, sloping ground overlooking Tsilivi Bay. A relaxed, stress-free atmosphere prevails throughout the whole hotel, although be warned background aircraft noise is heard from the airport flightpath passing directly overhead throughout the day. A lot has happened and improvements have been made following the initial opening. Without doubt this 9-night visit just completed has excelled! I booked at short notice as a surprise for my wife's birthday. We had a Garden Villa which suited us ideally and was more appropriate for us than our previous swim-up rooms. It has to be said the Hotel Descriptions, made by Louis Marketing have now finally, truly reflected the completed hotel concept, the facilities on offer, services provided and it's deserved 5*AI recognition. Furthermore, the fabulous staff compliment at the hotel has now reached an optimum level of service right across the board. Friendly, efficient and professional in all departments. Nothing is too much trouble for them! Cleaners are constantly seen maintaining cleanliness everywhere. Bar staff always on hand at both Main and Pool Bars. Reception and porterage staff likewise to assist all guests. Managers are visible, proactive and very approachable in the event a problem has arisen. A few staff members have been retained across the three seasons, and received true recognition by well-deserved promotion, a true reflection of their leadership commitment and professionalism. The food offered in the Watergarden Main buffet restaurant is superb and on a daily changing dinner theme. Vegans, allergies and vegetarians are well catered for once reception are made aware of guest condition. Breakfast and lunch services are similarly superb. Pisco and Haroub a la carte restaurants have improved markedly and are highly recommended. Pre-booking is essential on these alternating speciality restaurants. Popular spa and gym facilities are available, although not personally used by either of us. Summarising, the King Jason Zante has finally now become a fabulous 5*AI-Adult Only resort offering a great selection of rooms, relaxation, terrific service and food offerings available. Highly recommended. We look forward to returning in 2027."

"Superb hotel, representing excellent value for money, on the edge of Zakythnos town, but 10 minute walk from the main square. Most rooms have a sea view, the higher you go the better they are. The beds are extremely comfortable and probably the best bathroom we’ve experienced in Greece. We stayed in 402 which had a massive balcony and stunning wrap around views. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Special shout out to Didi, absolute super star. Breakfast has plenty of choice, better than a lot of Greek offerings. Yes there’s a couple of rough looking beach buildings opposite but the beach beyond has crystal clear water and beautiful one pebbles ( no sand.)"

Tsamis Zante Suites - Adults Only
"Stayed at the hotel from 13th July 2026 to 20th July. We arrived at the hotel at 22.30 in the evening after travelling 11 hours. We was greeted with food as they had saved some as we was the last guessed to arrive. We got to our room at around midnight. We was first allocated room 101 and all I can say is that this room is directly next to the pumping station / septic tank as the smell is horrific. I did complain the next day as the room had a constant air freshener masking the smell, which got on my chest. We was moved to 105, which wasn't as bad but you could still smell the horrific stench. Apart from that the hotel is amazing and all the staff are a credit to this hotel. A few bits of furniture (sun loungers/bed) could do with upgrading But that wouldn't stop me going again. The views are amazing and the sea access is good."

Tsilivi Beach Hotel Zakynthos
"We are still here... We booked a week at Tsvili Beach Hotel as my daughter was turtle volunteering on the island so we decided to chaperone in another part of the island. Her plans got cancelled so we asked the hotel f she could stay with us in our room (bit of a squeeze as 3 of us in a 3 bed room already). The hotel were very accommodating with no issues, great communication. On day 2 we were offered an upgrade to a family room which is beautiful with a sea view. Yes we had to pay for this but great the hotel tried to meet our needs. Staff are friendly, polite and professional. Food is good with a wide selection. If you're fussy about food, eat out! Choice is enough for everyone. Resort is lovely, plenty of bars and restaurants and, as the world cup is on, all showing the matches and are very friendly towards the English (other nationalities are available for comparison 😀) Beach is dark sand, goes out a fair way so great for small children (my youngest is 9 and went out a long way still being able to stand. Daytime entertainment looks ok, not experienced evening but not fussed as we'll do our own thing anyway. We love Greece and this is probably the best hotel we have been to. Recommend? Absolutely."

"Terrible hotel AVOID!!!Absolute nightmare the moment we arrived! We stayed here in 2020 and always wanted to return but when we did eventually return 5 years later we were absolutely shocked at how run down the hotel became. 1: Rooms Firstly my room I originally booked “Junior Suite Sharing Infinity Pool” through the Gloria Maris reservations was not available on the day I arrived even though it was confirmed available to me over email. The receptionist tried to investigate with reservations staff what the mistake was and turns out the reservation staff never added the room reservation to the booking hence why on arrival our room was not available! We were told that our room we requested and paid for would be available the next day so we were given an alternative room to stay in for the night. This “spare” room we were put in was a dilapidated version of the Junior Suite Sharing Infinity Pool. Within 20 minutes of us arriving to this room while unpacking the rain outside began to flood the room via the roof, above the door to the room and under the sliding glass doors at the front of the room facing outside. We rang reception to which they tried to move us to another alternative room that was not affected by the rain. The new room we were moved to was a downgraded room right beside reception, we were told we would only need to stay for 1 night until our room originally booked became available the next day. Fast forward 3 days we still did not get to move into the room we paid for. The reception explained the room was still booked by other residents even though we were told it would be available on day 2 of our stay! We basically had to wear the same clothes we arrived in over the next few days (which were drenched from the rain when moving rooms on night 1) as reception requested we leave our heavier luggage in the flooded room until the room we were supposed to be staying in became available, this room was closer to the dilapidated room and meant the staff didn’t need to carry our luggage up to higher level of the hotel and back down on the day the room would be available! We eventually got into our requested room on day 4 of our holiday. We paid for 2 weeks in this room B&B which came to over €4,000, and we lost 3 days of what we paid for as we were downgraded to a cheaper room for the first 3 nights. We requested the hotel to refund us the cost of the difference between the more expensive room we were supposed to be in vs the downgraded room we were given during the 3 night stay which was a fair request and we were refused this refund!! The only offer the hotel was willing to give us as an apology was a free boat ride which were all cancelled due to the weather so that was never going to happen! Or 1 free meal or drinks for 1 night! Absolutely insulting! 2: Hotel We noticed the hotel became very dilapidated throughout between the main lobby reception, the floors inside and outside had visible signs of destruction over the years and not "

Staff helped us with directions when needed, and we never felt lost. The hotel itself was clean well organised, and easy to settle into.
