This was our first time in Zante really fab visit! The hotel is in a perfect location it was always very clean and a stones throw to the beach. Staff were so friendly, in particular Aaron, Denise, and Fati who made the trip for us!! :)))))))))))

First time in Zante and what a brilliant first visit. Hotel is in a perfect location being beachfront and close to the main ***** itself. Staff are super friendly, entertaining and more than happy to help. A specific mention for Fati, Dennis, Aaron thank you very much for making it a great first visit 😁

Where to start - the transfer is 10 mins away so that's a positive and it's on the beach, at this point the 5 stars end. The room was clean, but the shower was leaking all over the floor, told reception, said to use another room, all good for one nite, but not for the entire holiday, eventually was fixed a few hours after complaint. The food was very repetitive and cold, more often than not. At least the cats had a good feed! Seeing the cats were the best at mealtimes! Entertainment was pretty non-existing, so found The Pub 10 mins away, really good evenings with proper entertainment. The play area for children was run down, so didnt look good. The staff do work incredibly hard, but unfortunately, it wasn't for us.

This was an average holiday for us as a family of 6, clean rooms very spacious, we had a family room, the down side was it was across the road from the main hotel. Although there was a pool there is no options for drink or food which was a shame. Entertainment was poor to be honest and nothing for the kids to do in the day time. There was just the beach and the pool which they did get board of. Food wasn’t the best if I’m honest, we went out three times and the food was pretty much the same, also when the weather isn’t great everyone piles inside, one night we had no where to sit at all which wasn’t great. The pool is a good size but honestly very slippy so be careful with the little ones. Good ice cream for the kids and pizza at pool side The staff where great, very friendly and hard working. The children’s play area isn’t the best, broken slides and see saws and the sand is full of spikes my two year old did get a few thorns in her feet Cats are roaming around in the restaurant which is off putting, didn’t see any cat mess though as stated in some of the reviews. All in all I would go back to the hotel as there where to many negatives for me personally. Lovely place and great people but sadly wouldn’t return to Poseidon beach hotel.

Good hotel if you can get a deal, very close to airport , rooms nice and clean, good shower and comfy bed, close to bars and shops, I found the town a little bit tired and run down to be honest, some nice places mixed with some not so nice, not much for children in the area, entertainment at hotel was pretty poor, food was decent for a 3 star, never ate lunch and we only had evening meal twice as we were off exploring trying different places, same foods repeated but I’m fussy and won’t eat meat so I stuck to chips, pizza and salads, breakfast was good, cocktails were nice,could definitely taste the alcohol, and beer went down well with my partner, great location on the beach but refuse to pay 20 euro for a sun bed, some areas of the hotel do smell of cat spray and there are cats wandering about but don’t think staff can do much about it, overall a nice get away and some lovely trips, we hired a car around the corner from hotel for 45 euro a day, we went to a wine tasting which was lovely as well as other places such as cameo island which is beautiful

I had a beautiful week with friends in this hotel. The rooms are super clean (cleaners come by every day). The location on the beach is hard to beat. It's also only 10/15 mins drive from the airport. The pool area is lovely and the staff are friendly and attentive, especially the bar staff.

I had a great stay at Poseidon beach hotel. Everything was clean , comfortable and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful and the overall experience was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel was quite not busy as it’s the beginning of the season and we love it . Our room always clean . The hotel is directly by the beach. Thanks to the Pool Manager Fati , he is a such friendly guy. Hopefully will see u all soon

Amazing holiday, the location and views are great. Hotel is lovely and clean throughout, cleaners always on the go and friendly. Fati the leisure manager and entertainer is a great guy, always about and very helpful. All the staff in this hotel are very friendly and always happy. Would definitely recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back.

Firstly, you cannot fault the beachfront location. You get what you pay for here. Accommodation is mainly clean, however there are cats in the buffet and reception areas, which spray making these areas smelly. Food is very repetitive and very non-descript, and only ever warm. The staff are very friendly though. No entertainment during the day, and very limited evening entertainment.
