Started of by having our passports held hostage for the full stay and was greeted by some lovely reps, wish I could say the same about the woman owner (who I never seen smile once for the full week I was there). Said woman then belted off a list of possible fines which was never ending. Bar staff and other workers all spot on but the security guard never gave us a break, got told off for not being asleep past 12am and was not allowed to speak loud at night or have more than 2 people on the balcony #fun. To end the stay said moody woman listed off all of our fines which we were charged over €200 in total. €100 of them euros due to a stain smaller than a fingernail which was rubbed off with a cloth straight away (look at pic). Overall good hotel but not worth the fines and moody staff completely ruins it especially if you’re with a big group you have no chance. Also if you want anyone bringing back you must bribe the security €30 ahhaha.

Amazing family run Hotel Victoria is so accommodating and friendly and so are all her staff The apartment was clean and bedding was fresh Security are on during the evening so very safe Close to the beach and the ***** depending what type of day or evening you want Food and drink offered at the hotel at a reasonable price Late check out available but it depends on the turnover for new customers and first come first serve basis Pool clean not to much chemicals in it which is great and plenty of space for sunbathing Check out my YouTube channel Jamacianglasshouse for videos and photos and more about this hotel

Great place which is just off the Kalamaki road very close to the main laganas *****. All within just a few minutes walk. Pool is clean ( not heated) and the bar area very well set out. Food and drink are usual prices in the bar. Rooms nice enough and well cleaned so no issues. Staff are very friendly and will accommodate any reasonable requests. Air con is a bit pricey at £70 a week or £15 a day, hire a fan from the numerous shops closed by. All in all a nice hotel with no issues

Ignore the bad reviews,The hotel does exactly as it says on the tin.We stayed here as a couple in our mid 50's,We were aware it was a scene holiday but the price we paid for a two week stay was a no brainer. We were greeted by friendly reception staff and shown to our studio.Beds were comfy we had a fridge and a small balcony,Which was a suntrap in the afternoon.Pool was of a good size if not a little chilly. The boys in the pool bar were friendly and hard working,The music was varied to say the least but the beers were cold, Can't comment on the food as we did not eat here. There were a few groups of younger people here but all were very polite and no late night parties,It was the oldies who partied all night :) It was coming the end of the scene, Probably best to avoid coming here if you are older during July and August. But we had no complaints, There's plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a 20 minute walk to the beach and all the clubs.Would stay here again.

Just arrived back from our recent stay at the Vivian hotel. We were sceptical about staying here after reading some of the reviews, bit we needn't have worried. We received a lovely welcome from Victoria and all her staff, very friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 22 a lovely spacious room with everything we needed for our stay and very clean. The pool area and bar was fantastically clean just 2 min walk from supermarkets ,bars and some lovely tavernas, we will definitely be returning to the Vivian hotel.

We are staying here with my husband daughter Lisa and son in law. We came about 10pm and were welcomed by the owner and staff. This was impressive, and it was late in the day. The rooms were clean and tidy with clean towels on beds. Everything was kept clean and tidy, and any problems dealt with. I'm writing this two days before we leave, and it has been great for us as two grown-up couples sharing one apartment. We would definitely come again.

Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife on a late break from 1st Sep . We were surprised at our apartment size as we had 2 double bedrooms and decent size balcony, the apartment was basic but clean. Had an issue with our kettle twice but this was dealt with straight away by the owner Victoria who is a nice pleasant lady. The shower on the wall above bath might have been an issue for lesser abled people as you had to stand in 1 place in the bath to use it and tuck shower curtain in as not to flood floor. We told Victoria when we checked out and she said she would sort it out, but we didn't mention it during our stay. The pool and bar areas are spotless and are thoroughly cleaned morning and night. There is quite a variety of food and drink to be had at the pool bar which is all reasonably priced and good value. There was also never an issue getting sun loungers around the pool at any time during the day. The vivian is also well situated, 10 min slow walk to the beach and 10 mins to the main *****( which we didn't venture to) as there were enough quiter bars and restaurants within a couple of mins from the hotel. We would definitely stay here again if we were on a budget as it's very good value for money.
