What a hidden gem! We spent an unforgettable evening dining at the restaurant at Crystal Beach Hotel. Honestly, they could have served us sandwiches and we would not have noticed. The view was simply spectacular facing the big wide ocean. However, the food matched the fantastic scenery and we hope to be able to pay the restaurant and the hotel another time. Do not miss this opportunity in case you are in Kalamaki. You will not be disappointed.

A lovely hotel right on the beach. Check in was quick and efficient by a friendly receptionist. Our rooms were small but clean and provided everything required, the beds were super comfy with pool and bath towells provided. There was a good selection of breakfast items to choose from. The pool was really nice, very clean with great views over the beach, which was nice being so close so you caught lie by the pool but nip down for a swim in the sea if desired. We particular enjoyed the beach bar for lunch and drinks, everything we had was good and reasonably priced. A massive thank you to all the bar staff and waiters who really looked after us always with a smile! Kalamaki is just a short stroll away with ample of bars and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely holiday Crystall Beach - I would not hesiate to recommend.

Brilliant place to come to from the beach for a lunch or quality cocktails. Open to all set in a ideal location right on the beach , with very friendly efficient staff.The food was quality and well presented .Just to note we did not stay here we just used the restaurant facilities during the day/evening.

Just got back from one week in this pretty little hotel. Food at restaurant was divine and the view on the sea was beautiful. The staff was so nice and welcoming but also very professional. Beautiful hotel on the beach, pretty pool, cool bar open early and closed late in the night (cocktails were so good too). Hotel located in a peaceful place. Excellent location : 8 minutes from the airport, 13 minutes from zakynthos town, 10 minutes from Laganas. There's also a really good car/scooter/quad rental place next to the hotel called "Autolux" (also very kind and professional people). Bus stop next to the hotel. Finally, there's a road 2 minutes from the hotel with a bunch of restaurants, bars and shops. Cleaness 5/5, service was a 5/5, food 5/5 and location 5/5. Hotel value 4,5/5. I recommend it, had a very nice time there with my boyfriend.

Staff are lovely, delightful, friendly and kind, tip top customer service with a smile from every single one ! The breakfast buffet & evening meal were plentiful and delicious ! Crystal Beach is in a lovely location, of sea and mountains. Will be back x

This hotel is wonderful. Directly on the beach, all you can hear is the waves lapping at the shore throughout the day. No shortage of beds and umbrellas and a great sized pool, with encouragement to clean yourself of sand with showers and a hose, keeping the pool wonderfully clean. The pool bar provides excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, with muted music providing a lovely atmosphere of an evening. We had a sea view facing room which I would recommend. Towels are changed daily and beach towels are also provided. The breakfast is served between 7.30am-10.30am and serves a great variety. Bars and restaurants are just up the road although, if you're wishing to avoid anything too 'English' don't go beyond Ellie's Place. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Highly overpriced, unfriendly, rude crazy manager who bullies customers. Souvlaki gave me diarrhoea , when I complained, they told me I was trying to “bribe” the waiter (???), threatened with the police and told to never come back. UWAGA! Po kolacji miałem zatrucie pokarmowe. Pułapka na turystów.

We arrived to eat breakfast at 10.45 no breakfast have to wait till 11am for kitchen to open 🤦🏼♀️order cheese omelette at 11am it arrived at 11.47no cheese very bland lettuce had more taste. ordered 2 cappuccino very little coffee just frothy milk ordered 2 bottles of water 15 minutes later water arrived Very poor service very bland food
