Sunflower Apartments & Studios

English: We are a couple and we stayed at this property from 04/08/2024 to 09/08/2024. I would like to point out that the staff immediately proved to be very kind and super helpful (I am referring in particular to the owner and her husband). However, this aspect alone is not sufficient for the purposes of evaluating the property given the numerous inconveniences. First of all, I want to specify that I booked a double room. When we arrived at the property, there were two single beds instead. The owner, who was initially available, apologized for the mistake and promised to replace the mattress the following day (which she obviously did not do). Secondly, there were many problems with the plumbing system: there was no water or if there was, it was cold. I brought this aspect to the owner's attention, but she replied, hours after sending my message, that in reality it was not true! Thirdly, THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK. But the worst is yet to come. After 3 days of no cleaning in the room, I started looking for the owner in the facility and finally, not finding her, I sent her a message informing her of the issue. The next day, after cleaning, they finally changed our towels... but there was a SERIOUS PROBLEM. The towels STANK. We were therefore forced to dry ourselves with our own towels brought from home. Finally, I would like to add that it was impossible to sleep at night due to the loud noises coming from other rooms. We informed the owner of these problems at the end of the holidays, but she, in that circumstance, proved to be rude and superficial. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY.
