The service attitude of the staff is very good. Although their English proficiency is not high, they are still willing to communicate through mobile phone translation and try their best to provide assistance.
I checked in at the beginning of December 2024. Due to the onset of winter, the temperature dropped and snow began to fall. I was not sure whether some attractions were open, such as Zao Juhyo, Zao Ski Resort, and Central Ropeway Station. The staff took the trouble to go online and call for inquiries. Let us make good use of our sightseeing time.
