Amazing hotel. Very comfortable. Nice breakfast. If with family, might need to take a short taxi ride to the cable car area. The staffs here are amazing! They are very helpful and kind. Xiaopeng and Xiaowu helped us even when we couldn't checkout on time. Even helped us to keep the bags at the lobby for us. Don't think twice to book here.

During my 3-week holiday in China, I’ve stayed in several hotels—but Yun Mei Bie Yuan has been my absolute favorite! I honestly couldn’t find a single fault. The room was spotless and extremely comfortable, with next-level amenities. It was cleaned daily, the shower and toilet were separate, and the water pressure was perfect—whether hot or cold. The room also came with a buffet breakfast. While the menu stayed the same each day, the variety was great and satisfying. One of the biggest advantages is how peaceful the hotel is—no noise at all, which made my stay even more relaxing. Although it’s away from the hustle and bustle, everything is still easy to reach, and Didi taxis are very affordable. Another great feature is the self-service laundry area, which was super convenient and quiet. What truly made my stay special was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—especially Xiao Yang, Xiao Peng, and Xiaowu. They are real stars! Xiao Peng even convinced me to try and buy some traditional Chinese tea—he has excellent customer service and sales skills. And the best part? The price of this hotel is unbelievable for what you get. I’m already looking forward to returning with my friends. Definitely the highlight of my trip!

Zhangjiajie is absolutely amazing, and this hotel made our experience even better! From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly,everyone was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, and the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. One of the standout amenities was the laundry room,very convenient feature for travelers. Breakfast was served buffetstyle with a wide variety of tasty options, and the coffee machine was a much appreciated bonus. There's also a small shop downstairs where you can find nice souvenirs to take home. Another great point is that some of the staff members speak basic English, which helped a lot during our stay. We had a fantastic time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie!
