Overall experience is great. We get pickup service from Taizicheng station and also drop by. Discussion with the receptionist, we also can get a ride to another Genting hotel. Very nice view in front of the mountain too. That's extra bonus.

Hotel location is perfect. Ski in and out is possible from the hotel, directly to the beginner slope. We can’t speak Chinese, still the hotel staff really help us and converse through wechat which have auto translate feature. Breakfast is 95% Chinese cuisine. Highly recommended !

It's very convenient to ski in and out, and you can see the snow view when you open the window. The room is clean and sanitary, and it has everything you need, including laundry and drying, so all the equipment for skiing the next day can be seamlessly connected. It would be even better if there was a school ticket machine!

I was quite satisfied with the room. I could see the snow trail and slide in and out. The front desk service was very good and the introduction was very detailed. Miss Wang Jianting was very enthusiastic. I will choose this hotel next time.

Genting World is the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in Genting. I often stay in a 160-square-meter suite. There are two rooms. You can also sleep on the sofa bed. What does it mean to be 5 meters away from the door and there is a snow track! This is it. Stay in Genting and ski Genting and Wanlong. It's so cool!

When checking in, there are a lot of check-in information, including where the towel is, whether the switch is three-control, etc. Patiently answer all my questions during the stay. When checking out, the wheels were still stuck in the soft snow and ice mixture and couldn't get out.
