Clean and comfortable room, very nice stay, breakfast is OK, but breakfast restaurant a bit too cold. Will stay again if travelling to Zhangjiakoy

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The room is large, quiet and spacious. The front desk service is enthusiastic. The lady on the floor cleans carefully and carefully. You can see her on duty at all times. A very pleasant trip. This time I went hiking in Chongli and chose Aranya, which has not been fully developed. There is only one hotel in it, Courtyard. Because of the temperature drop, there are few people. The front desk helped to arrange a room with a bathtub. The temperature in the room is suitable. The scenery is also beautiful. The environment for breakfast is also good. The swimming pool is open in the afternoon. There are not many people. There are also two hot spring pools. The children have a lot of fun. This place is not far from many attractions and is convenient for travel. It’s just that because of the road construction, the car was not allowed to drive in, which is a bit troublesome. Everything else is good.

The location was great for skiing and as hotel guests we received a discount on renting gear. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a little kitchen and an electric fireplace. There was also a nice little ice wonderland next door that was fun for the kids and we got a discount as hotel guests.
