The resort is clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the service is good. All our needs at the hotel, including ski passes, ski equipment, ski clothes, coaches etc are properly addressed by 张瑶。 She is very very helpful and takes care of us very well. Rooms are well maintained and comfortable for our stay. Kitchen is well equipped. Will be good to have some cups instead of paper cups though.

This stay truly exceeded all expectations. As foreigners visiting Zhangjiakou in December for the first time for both travel and skiing, the overall experience couldn’t have been better — it was absolutely top-notch 👍. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and genuine hospitality. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. They immediately noticed that we were traveling with children and had quite a bit of luggage, and proactively offered assistance, which made us feel very well cared for right away. The dining experience was equally impressive. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and the availability of late-night snacks was a wonderful bonus, especially after a long day of skiing. Overall, whether it was the attention to detail at the front desk, the comfort and quality of the accommodation, or the excellent food and beverage service, this hotel truly delivered on all fronts. It’s absolutely an ideal choice for families traveling with children, and we would highly recommend Atour to anyone visiting Zhangjiakou.

Excellent hotel with great facilities and well furnished rooms that utiliss smart technology throughout. The Trip. com reservation included buffet breakfast, which was very good. A huge variety on offer with brewed coffee. The hotel offers various services which I found especially helpful. I had some documents to sign which required printing some A4 pages from a file on a mobile device and this was no problem - the reception were able to use Bluetooth. Very convenient! The hotel has a small gym with two treadmills and bike, which I made use of. The exercise bike in particular is high quality with a strong frame and steady resistance which provides a good workout. Adjacent to the gym is a laundry with high quality fast operating washing machines and a dryer -very convenient during winter. The laundry also features a comfortable sofa and table as well as a steam cleaner/press. The room itself is modern with some state of the art lighting, a smart sensor toilet, smart TV, ss well as electric powered curtains that opened out to a large window. The king bed was supremely comfortable with the necessary bedside controls and electric sockets. The hotel can be reached by foot from the train station in about 25 minutes. Overall this hotel is one of the best I've experienced on my trip in China and it is highly recommended if staying in Zhangjiakou.

Super Family friendly hotel. Big rooms, good variety for breakfast. Perfect location for skiing. Ski rental in the same building. Direct access to the ski slopes.

This was our best Christmas family trip so far! I can’t say enough about this resort! Child friendly, lots for kids to do. Well managed and organized for safety and fun. Great food, great people and the service from all the resort staff was mind blowing, that I couldn’t ask for more. For people who stay far away it can be a little bit of a travel to get to the resort but it is definitely worth it! I highly recommend a week or more stay, or you won’t have enough time to completely enjoy what the resort has to offer.

Good: 1. Location is amazing, you can ski directly from the building entrance. 2. Warm room, central heating, large windows with nice view, overall good. 3. Locker for the ski equipment. Other: 1. NO towel, they provide disposable towels only, which is a bit weird, had to buy towels in a nearby shop. 2. Breakfast is just frozen dumplings in the freezer, if I would know before, would book a room without breakfast. 3. Need to access room through WeChat with 200rmb deposit. So tricky if you don’t speak Chinese. Overall, knowing those flaws, would prepare in advance, but its a good place to stay, would book again in future.

This was a really delightful apartment-hotel located atop a hill just across from the main ski hall. The apartment was spacious and very well furnished - I liked that every unit came with a washer and dryer! It made my long stay there so convenient. The hotel has an onsen and massage services which I also found very convenient to go to after a long day of skiing. Will definitely come back to stay here again if I'm back in thaiwoo!

Great experience and very foreigner-friendly This hotel left us with a very positive impression. The overall atmosphere is warm, well-organized, and welcoming, especially for international guests. The buffet breakfast deserves special mention. For us as foreigners, it was surprisingly good and thoughtfully prepared. Since some people have dietary restrictions (忌口), it was not always easy to eat local food outside, but the hotel’s buffet offered a wide variety of options that worked perfectly for different preferences and needs. We truly appreciated the effort. The location is excellent for skiing, the surroundings are beautiful, and everything is well arranged, which makes the stay smooth and enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, this hotel is a great choice for both comfort and convenience. It gave us a very good impression of skiing in China, and we would happily recommend it to other international travelers

Room was spacious and really good location. The counter was super sweet and helpful. I sprained my ankle and asked for ice which he quickly helped me take. The discounts in the resort was good too.
