We enjoyed staying at Crowne plaza . Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful. The restaurant staff are really spot on too. Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok. Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well. Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas. Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna . Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

The hotel is really clean and the services are up to par. My friend and I got executive lounge and it took forever for them to check up in because we were foreigners. When we were finally checked it. We decided to stay longer as we were impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of the space, but we were declined at the front desk with the excuse of my friend passport is with the immigration and she only had a visa sleep so they can’t allow us stay in their hotel longer. And they kept calling our room asking for our school’s name in chines, our home address. So many frustrating personal questions. But aside from that, they were really friendly and the place was nice, the breakfast was great as well

I have always wanted to go skiing in Chongli. I have long heard that there is Thame Town in Taihu Hotel. It is a special tourist town with everything to eat, drink and have fun. We are traveling as a family. Only the eldest brother and I can ski, so skiing is more fun. interest. My wife and baby don’t ski, but does the town have food, drink, and entertainment? So I am so happy to bring my baby and my wife here to celebrate the Spring Festival together. I called my friend to join us. His children and my eldest son were skiing here and had a great time. I did it several times on Sasha Road and it was very enjoyable. It is more convenient to stay in the hotel. You can slide in and out of the entire town, which is great value. The atmosphere is very good and harmonious, the attitude of the waiters is also very good, and other entertainment facilities are discounted. We watched movies, soaked in hot springs, and had a hearty breakfast for skiing. It was very exciting and happy. This trip was awesome. The bed in the hotel is very comfortable.
