和一個公寓共用的大堂，房間比較小，淋浴間沒有門，洗澡淋衞生間一地水如家可真會省成本了！地巾竟然放和浴巾放一起,如家酒店這樣的細節真的有點失望！早餐橘子壞了，估計沒檢查直接端上來了！周邊都是小區，環境一般！

200出頭的價格住了個帶暖氣的酒店，而且温度不夠還可以開空調，我是覺得超級值，服務人員熱情，因為是套房在走廊頭上很安靜，設施齊全，地下停車場也很方便，周圍飯店特別多。美中不足的是衞生方面細節應該把握一下，畢竟這麼好看的裝修衞生也要精益求精，另外門有明顯鬆動，還好我經常出差必備隔音膠條，安裝好了就很緊實了。

酒店在章丘大學城附近，旁邊離大學城小吃街不遠，步行10分鐘即可到達，各種小吃目不暇接且基本沒有重複。一個人簡單吃吃逛逛感覺還不錯。
訂房間時候沒有仔細查看房型，選了一個內窗房，卧房和衞生間都衹有一個小小的開向內部天井的窗户，略顯憋悶。房間隔音措施實在是太差了，其他房間孩子吵鬧，半夜的呼嚕聲……優點是床墊還算舒適，軟硬適中，其他方面沒有問題。
