酒店衞生乾淨，設施齊全，周邊出行購物，都更方便，酒店門口有免費的停車場！暖氣熱乎，還有空調。性價比還是很高的的，值得推薦！

和朋友帶着孩子，8個人一起沿着河西走廊自駕遊，剛好來到張掖，選擇的這家酒店，房間很大，通光性很好，住着很舒服。挨着大佛寺和博物館也不是很遠，出行都很方便，走路十五分鐘能到張掖夜市吃吃喝喝，下次還來住。

帶着父母孩子大環線的最後一站，被1.5的雙床和三鑽、2021年裝修吸引來的，結果是這一路上體驗感最差的酒店！酒店好像是最早以前的招待所改的，我們晚上11點半多入住，父母房間洗澡水是涼的，我們房間床單、毛巾都是破洞，床單上還有些污漬，孩子洗過澡以後躺床上説身上癢，我打電話到前台想換一套床品，前台沒人接電話，無奈下樓去，前台的服務人員躺在小床上玩手機，我説電話為什麼打不通，服務人員過來動動電話線，我才發現是把電話線拔了，所以我們打電話前台始終沒人接電話！更可笑的是連個客房服務員都沒有，讓一個看大門的保安大叔給我們換床品，15歲的女孩子都換了睡衣怎麼能方便，無奈之下拿了一套乾淨的床品我們自己換的！大叔一路上還很不耐煩的説我們，覺得我們事情多………哦對了床頭燈兩個房間都是一個亮一個不亮！我不知道這種服務這種設施怎麼評上三鑽的！如果不是已經凌晨1點多了帶着長者小孩不方便我肯定換酒店！

一路三千多裏，這些年住過最差的酒店，水竟然是桶裝接的水，被褥之前是十五年以上的，衣架都壞成沒皮了，衞生間還是塑料簾子，地面濕滑，長者差一點摔倒，房間黑乎乎的，大堂都不點燈！攜程怎麼評價的啊還是豪華酒店，還新開業，一晚上沒睡好，差評！

很大的一個酒店，門口停車方便，前台和樓層態度都挺好。房間比較大，就是插座少了點，充電不太方便。周邊有幾家麪館可以吃早飯，其中一家有張掖特色的臊麪。出酒店直行一公里多可以到鐘樓。

大冬天的，沒熱水，我到前台問，她説，冬天了，太陽能……亂七八糟的説了一大堆，最後説，你多放一會就有熱水了。可是我放了10多分鐘也沒見熱水，水反而越來越冰冷。
