There were major food safety issues with the food. I had my meal at the restaurant on the 19th floor of the hotel at 8pm and did not eat anything afterwards. The hotel surveillance can prove this. I had vomiting and diarrhea at 2am and went to the hospital for an IV drip until 6am. When I returned to the hotel to report the incident, the hotel asked me to look for my own problems, saying that others were fine after eating but I was the only one who had problems. They also generously delayed my check-out time to 6pm as compensation.

A newly opened hotel on May Day 2024, very clean, with good facilities and a good location. It is very close to Jinsha Bay and has good gym facilities.
The proactive service awareness is average (compared with the Garden Hotel). I went to check in at 17:00 and waited for half an hour for the room to be ready. Although there were many people during the May Day holiday, the management service needs to be further improved.
