The surrounding area has excellent dining options; we enjoyed breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, and late-night snacks at Yue Xin Tian Di, which was very convenient."

It was spacious and comfortable, hygienic and clean, the air conditioning was quiet, and it was cost-effective. The ticket card at the front desk also introduced the distance and travel time to restaurants and attractions near the hotel, which was very considerate. It is very close to the old street, so you can walk around to eat when you are full. There are not many parking spaces, but the security guard will guide and arrange parking spaces. Special thumbs up to the girl at the front desk on the night of the 5th👍. The car was scratched by a passing electric car. The little girl was very cooperative and helped to deal with it. He took the initiative to upgrade the room type and arranged to stay in Building 13. Guests staying in the hotel can soak in the hot spring for free. It is also very convenient to eat around, and the breakfast needs to be improved. In short, the stay experience is good, five-star praise, and recommended."

"On the first day, the bathroom drain was clogged when I took a shower at night. I reported it to customer service, and it took them an hour to fix it. The next morning, I went out and didn't return to the hotel until after 3 PM, only to find that my room hadn't been cleaned. I called the front desk, and they first asked if I had activated the 'Do Not Disturb' button. After checking, I replied that I hadn't. Then, the front desk asked if I had pressed the 'Make Up Room' button. I was speechless – isn't room cleaning supposed to be a daily routine? This was the first time I'd heard such an absurd question. I then went down to the front desk myself to sort it out. They said they would arrange for a housekeeper to clean the room, without a single word of apology throughout the entire process. About 10 minutes later, a housekeeper arrived to clean the room. Is this really the service quality of a five-star hotel in Zhanjiang??? I booked the 'Garden Rhyme Family Suite,' no less. Honestly, this stay was a truly terrible experience and very disappointing!"

"The first time I went on a business trip to Xiashan District, Zhanjiang, my friends said that the hotel services here were not very good. I didn't believe it, so I found this Ctrip 5-star hotel, thinking that it wouldn't be that bad! 1. The driver drove to the door, and we found a parking space by ourselves. A security guard next to us looked indifferent; 2. A man wearing a gold ring at the front desk. When I checked in, I booked 2 rooms and clearly stated that it was not recommended to be on the same floor because I had been on a business trip and didn't sleep well. They were afraid that they would be noisy if they drank too much at social events, and they tried to stay away from the elevator. It was very good to be 3 meters away from the elevator. And this man smiled contemptuously many times during the check-in process and hummed. When checking out, a young lady didn't look up at anyone at all, and looked impatient. I only have this room for check-in and check-out. I paid to come here to see your face? As a 5-star Ctrip hotel, this is how you serve guests? 3. After checking in, I didn't notice that there was a small lever next to the water switch of the wash basin. I called the front desk to report it. A housekeeper came and looked at me sideways and said to me rudely, "What's wrong with you?" Good, good, great; 4. The reception in the breakfast room was also without any smile. 5. The window of the room could not be closed after it was opened. In order to sleep well, I didn't want to disturb any of them, so as not to be looked down upon again. From the above situations, it can be seen that the employees have no sense of happiness. If they are unhappy at work, they can resign. Why should they show it to the guests? I came from afar and didn't embarrass anyone. I was even polite and courteous to you all the time. I spent the room fee of 373/room to eat the anger you gave me? There is no service at all, not even the most basic respect! It is not worthy of such a good environment. Yes, the service is not worthy of such an environment! ! ! ! ! Hygiene: The room inspection was not careful. I saw obvious hair when I entered the door. The blower was so dirty when I was blowing my hair. I cleaned it myself before using it!"

The rooms weren't very large, but the unique and well-designed layout of the facilities made them convenient to use. The rooms were clean and the beds and blankets were comfortable. The floor staff greeted us warmly and promptly addressed our requests. Upon entering the restaurant in the morning, we were greeted by the welcoming voices and cheerful laughter of the staff. One of them introduced herself as Xiaoming (female), expressing her pleasure in serving us. The breakfast selection was quite varied and plentiful. When we left the hotel, the owner (female) personally saw us off. We are deeply grateful for choosing this hotel. If you are visiting Zhanjiang, I highly recommend experiencing it for yourself. Thumbs up to the hotel, and I wish them continued success!"

Step right out, and you're on Jinshawan Beach, with the ocean directly opposite. In the evenings, you can enjoy a leisurely stroll along the Seaview Promenade, admiring the beautiful coastal night views – truly delightful! The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding soft and comfortable. As for the service, it was simply outstanding – definitely deserves a huge thumbs up! 👍 The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. All in all, my experience staying at Atour Hotel Zhanjiang Jinshawan this time was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on future trips to Zhanjiang."
