I very much liked my stay here, the room was clean and peaceful, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had everything I needed, and the hotel location was good as it was near Dingsheng Plaza and also along a north-south main road that many major routes in the city travel on. The front desk staff spoke no English, and I only speak very basic Mandarin, but they were able to still fully assist me and help me check in and check out, especially Yun Zhan (云湛), who explained everything with hand gestures and simple words and demonstrated how to do some things too. There was also free laundry but I did not know how to use it and it was outside the room and down a busy elevator so I never tried it in the end. :D There are very few negatives and most of them are not fixable. One is that I did not like that the toilet was in another room from the bathroom, as I use all of them together and so I had to go back and forth between the two rooms a lot. A second that can be negative for some people is that there was a lot of honking from vehicles, 24 hours a day. However, I actually liked this because the sound was muted, so there was a ”far away busy city” vibe that made me happy. Lastly, the free night time porridge was very watery and not nice at all when I tried it.

Regarding the breakfast purchased with the room, I stayed for three days and it came with a simple set meal. It was not full and there were few varieties. The first day was on the 17th floor, the view was good, but the food was poor; the second day was on the 14th floor, and the meal was poor. Even worse; on the third day, the buffet breakfast on the 14th floor had few varieties and small portions. The supply exceeded demand. I heard the people next to me complaining that they would not stay here in the future. The breakfast for the guests was not good, which would seriously affect the future. of customers. I hope that the hotel's professional management can be improved, its hardware and maintenance can be improved, and only by staying fresh can it maintain a good operation. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. They upgraded me to a top-floor executive room with an amazing, unobstructed view. The hotel is conveniently located above Zhanjiang's famous food street, with McDonald's, KFC, and Starbucks right downstairs. The area was lively at night, with lots of university students around. The large underground parking lot made parking a breeze.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel welcome with their attentive and friendly service. They were always on hand to answer questions and assist with any requests I had. The room itself was impressively spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. I was delighted to find complimentary fruits and desserts delivered every night, a lovely thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. Additionally, the cleaning staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, ensuring that everything was spotless and that my needs were met without hesitation. The hotel’s amenities were exceptional, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the property.

Facilities: None. You have to wait for a table to have morning tea in the morning. We waited for half an hour for more than 20 tables. The food was served very slowly and we waited for an hour. Environment: The main entrance is the door of the restaurant. It is reported that the hotel front desk has no location. It has to be walked for a while, which is inconvenient. The most luxurious hotel in Wuchuan City. The accommodation environment is good and the surrounding life is also very convenient. Next time I come to Wuchuan, I will still choose this one. The transportation is convenient and it is about 5 kilometers away from the sea.

This hotel is right above Wanda Plaza in Jinshawan, which is super convenient. Downstairs, there are multiple streets packed with food options – and I mean *multiple* streets! Our room faced the sea, and since we traveled during the off-peak season, the value for money was absolutely fantastic. The bedding was also very good. This is definitely a must-stay hotel when visiting Zhanjiang!

The service is warm and thoughtful, the environment is elegant, the room is clean and spacious! The stay experience is great, the staff are friendly, the facilities are complete, the air conditioning and hot water are great, and the wireless network is stable. It is suitable for family or business travel. I highly recommend it!

Great Service and Comfortable Rooms, but Location Was Misleading The hotel service and room environment were excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, I was misled by the location: 1. There is no proper drop-off area at the main entrance, which makes access a bit inconvenient. 2. Although the hotel is named after Wanda Plaza, it actually takes about 10 minutes to walk there, so it’s not as close as expected. That said, I want to give special thanks to the hotel staff. My daughter accidentally left behind her stuffed toy, and the staff promptly called us and arranged to have it mailed back. We are truly grateful for their thoughtfulness and care.

The hotel is not bad, the room is actually pretty good, you get your own mini swimming pool, however there are 2 things I was very unhappy with. First, the swimming pool floor and walls felt slimy, so the feeling while swimming we wasn't very pleasant. The natural pool the room is connected to my stairs is not really clean and you are recommended to not swim in there, so if you're thinking you'll get some sort of private beach, you won't, it's dirty. Everything else was fine. Breakfast is what they give you, so you have no choices and you better drive a car because other food options are not close. Your dog is allowed to be with you, that's a big pro and the room had a little yard which made conviennent for us having a dog with us.
