設施：房間很新，都有一次性的毛巾，馬桶墊和杯子，非常安心。不好的就是熱水器的水温一直調不好，老闆也弄不好，一會冷水一會直接超高温，沒辦法洗個好澡。另外可能是太新了，房間還有點裝修的味道。 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：房間隔音很好，帶着狗子也不會影響到別人。

This is the best accommodation at the southernmost tip of mainland China. I stayed in Fangpo Village the day before, and the environment was not as beautiful as here. It is only 300 meters away from the lighthouse. The facilities are very new, the smart devices are well received, and the bathroom supplies and bedding are very good. There is no TV in the room, but the sleep was quiet and comfortable. The food is also good and drinks are provided. The housekeeper worked very hard to prepare our dinner, thank you very much. A small suggestion would be to have a cup of coffee in the room. Also, there are flies in the room in this season. I wonder if there is any way to improve it.

The view from the balcony is great!!! The sofa and cushions on the sofa are dirty, decorated very simply, not at all like in the picture. The apartment is large, the lock with a code. The walls are dirty too. But the service is great! The administration immediately sent the code from the door, they came and formalised us. Very nice girl, responsive. There are no towels, only disposable thin ones. There are no toothbrushes. The sanitary units are not very good. But if you spend the night, it will do. The beds are new and clean. 😂

It's quite clean, the only drawback is that it's a bit damp. The main cause of this problem is that the balcony has no windows and the sliding door connected to the balcony cannot be opened. If it is opened, insects or other things will come in. I suggest that the store seal the balcony with a screen so that it can be ventilated. It is also good for indoor appliances (electronic products are most afraid of moisture).

I had a great stay! The owner and his wife treated me very well and helped me with a lot of extra things. Wuchuan is a good coastal town, (better than Sanya in my opinion), and has lots to see. The couple was very warm and welcoming and was willing to take me around. The apartment was beautiful, with a good view! Thank you for the lovely stay!

Excellent location in that it is near the Walmart store and a lot of shops and restaurants. I really liked how it is near the printing shop, because I had something important to print out. Nice fresh towels are provided and I like how you don't have to checkout till around 3 in the afternoon! Receptionist people were nice and friendly. Only bad thing through no fault of their own of course was some person that kept sticking cards of the numbers of beautiful chinese women to date. Will be more than happy to stay at this place again if I happen to be in the area!

The hotel was so-so, probably prioritizing value for money. Perhaps due to its age and lack of maintenance, some facilities were outdated; most importantly, cleanliness was a major concern for me. I don't know if it was because of the rain at the beach, but the bedding seemed to have a slight odor; hopefully, it could be aired out. The lighting could also be brightened. However, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the center of Xiashan District, next to the beach, and with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. I found some lost items after checking out, but returned quickly and found them; thank you for that. Finally, I hope the hotel management can improve the overall experience, which would benefit the hotel's operations. P.S. You can take a boat from the nearby port to the island, which is quite convenient.

The room is clean and tidy, the environment is very good, just by the sea, the real sea view room! The price is also very affordable. The facilities are complete, the living is very comfortable, the room size is just right, and the sound insulation effect is not bad. It is worthy of such a high evaluation, it can be regarded as a real name, and will recommend it to friends.

I just went out to play and just saw this homestay. It was too late and I just booked a room. I didn’t expect the room to be quite clean. I walked downstairs for a few minutes to the beach. There is a convenience store downstairs. There are places to eat and attractions to play. It is very convenient in all aspects. It is still very good. Very happy to play.
