酒店地處湛江市霞山區民有路，坐高鐵湛江西站出來，出租車大約50元左右。
環境：對面是湛江市第二中學，白天學生在操場活動，還有一點噪音，離第二人民醫院一個站，距離海濱公園。大約一站路。
服務：訂單中帶有早餐，在二次餐廳，早餐有了很大改進，粉粥，菜，包點都有，種類也挺多。供應量足夠好。房間內熱水供應好，洗澡水很大。

昨天已作了五星好評，今天是續住一天，且享受平台會員權益延遲到14點退房，房卡也刷到14點有效。在13.09分時接到前台電話，問是否續住，我説14點前退房，就聽到一句很是生硬的提醒，“儘快退房，否則到了哪怕是14.01分，就得加付房費”，於是就下樓退房，在大堂等14點的預約車。

該酒店比較有年代了，房間設施比較舊，好在衞生尚可，送了迎賓水果。停車場比較大，適合自駕。酒店離霞山區天主教堂、法國公使署、海濱公園、漁人碼頭比較近，走路去就可以了，這些地方都不好停車。海景房可以看到海，但距離有點遠。

非常好的一次入住體驗，前台服務熱情，房間衞生還不錯，環境好較安靜，賓館有好大院子停車方便，訂的是特價房總監免費升級房型並且贈送水果等，退房前台主動贈送飲料[強][強][強]性價比高，值得推薦入住。

地毯時代久遠，有股黴味，衞生間也有。同時玻璃門沒有紗窗，我們想晚上開點窗透氣不敢開，怕有蚊子進來。那個空調晚上比較響，老化了。
另外還有電視機上面的燈，我們沒有辦法去關，按了很多開關都關不了。
