第一次入住這家酒店，完全被貼心的服務打動了！從入住時前台熱情的微笑，到客房阿姨每天認真打掃的細節，都能感受到他們的用心。尤其是大堂經理，主動幫我們規劃旅遊路線，還免費升級了房型。房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，隔音效果也很好。下次來這個城市一定還會選擇這裏！

途中路過，因為不想去湛江，就近找的賓館，寫着公寓，看圖片挺好的，沒有前台，需要微信聯繫老闆，入住很順利，因為到的比較晚，附近沒有小吃店，老闆不建議點外賣，説是不給送，不知道為啥。老闆給推薦村頭的飯店，讓過去打包幾個菜，我和老公去村頭，的確挺近的，但是消費不便宜，我們衹定了兩個菜，三個米飯，消費115。來的時候走的村道不覺得這是個多大的地方，到村頭才發現，有很多家公寓，附近還有一個海洋大學，有幾家超市，買東西還算方便。唯一不滿意的就是房間被褥太潮濕了，北方人的我們住的是非常的不習慣，衣服掛在衣架上，第二天都是濕漉漉的，頭髮像剛洗完的一樣，不知道為啥這邊這麼潮濕，床雖然很舒服，但是濕的感覺很不好，空調開出來的風不是熱風，這一夜住的很不舒服。老闆對不起，我是實事求是的評價的。

房間可能不到十平方，衞生很差，又潮濕，洗手間臭的很，花灑漏水。
住的二樓很吵，隔音好差。
這個房間竟然要一百七八十元，七八十都不值。
這是住過最差的公寓。

圖片與實物不符，進去很大的發黴味道，洗澡噴頭也是壞的。環境不好，門推開都推不開。本來定的三晚，退了後面兩晚，當天那一晚洗了澡都不想住直接就走了。如果來旅遊玩的，勸退！

房間設計合理，很喜歡擺放的榻榻米床墊，中間可以放東西，很方便的。
衞生：乾淨整潔
設施：衞浴乾濕分離，設施簡單，但對得起接個價格。密碼鎖很方便。

房間衞生太差了，全部都是灰塵，廁所的污垢不忍直視，包括公區各方面的都是，不奢求設施位置好，起碼衞生要做好吧，被子蓋了會發癢，懷疑是不是衹是噴水捋直而已
