Easy and convenient to extend stay

Take a business trip here. The room is a little bit small but it’s ok. The room is clean and can have breakfast here. The price is reasonable

The service is very good, warm and sincere. We arrived late and got a free upgrade to the room. It was very comfortable and clean. I took out Yue Baihai’s pickled fish and farm rice noodles, which were very delicious.

I don’t understand why Vienna would choose such a hotel to join the franchise. It’s just a pure guest house. There is no parking lot downstairs, so the land opposite is a mess with billowing sand and dust! Forget it, the hotel has a low-end feel as soon as you enter it. The decoration is not to mention the use of crude materials, which is expected, but the carpet is full of holes, hollows here, peeling layers here, rotten here and a cigarette butt burn there. Well, the room smelled strongly of linen today, which was very unpleasant. The only saving grace is that the shower water in the shower is strong enough. The service is very mediocre. I can’t help but position Vienna as a low-end chain. What’s funny is that when I turn on the TV, they are showing how to make a profit at a low cost to try to get people to join! The most annoying thing was when I entered the elevator when I was checking out the next morning, *** I also found a shit-like object in the elevator. The staff member ran up and down the elevator twice and finally solved the problem. She spoke softly throughout the process. I said I was sorry many times. During this period, I also chatted with the cleaning lady about the national examination. I can feel that the attitude of the staff in the entire hotel is very meticulous, and the atmosphere between employees is very relaxed. I guess this hotel also cares for its employees very well. 3. The housing environment is excellent. I have to say that the hotel’s star rating has the most say when it comes to the environment. The design of the corridor lights, the position of the windows, the cleanliness of the bathroom, etc., Vienna is worthy of its four-star hotel rating. A piece of advice for friends who book hotels during important periods - only choose chain brand hotels, don’t consider price factors too much, and don’t skimp on the penny. 各方面還都不錯。早餐還可以，餐廳不是太大。電視有點小，節目不是很多。交通便利，周邊商業多。總體來説還是不錯的，物有所值。

今天入住了維也納酒店（湛江麻章高鐵站店），我們是自駕遊，酒店停車很方便，前台小姐姐很熱情，推薦了周邊好吃的飯店。我們住的房間在14樓，房間整潔寬敞，很舒適，感覺很不錯哦！

房間不錯 ，設施保養的很新，户型夠大，酒店離湛江西站確實很近，打車10分鐘可到，比較方便火車中轉，早餐還可以，

去海口中轉訂的，離湛江西站不遠。周邊很多吃的，前台幫升級了豪華大床。可是晚上一直聽到路上的發動機車聲，一晚上沒怎麼睡好。隔壁燒烤店不錯

維也納酒店一直都是不錯的。人員服務到位有求必應。地理位置也不錯。用品乾淨整潔。

房間乾淨，早餐豐富，水果，蔬菜，粥，粉，包子，炒飯，好吃。周圍有很多吃飯的地方，方便，離高鐵近。服務員熱情。十分滿意。

衞生：乾淨 環境：挺好 服務：好 設施：較好 我們帶着孩子，還給我們免費升級了房間和早餐，真的很不錯。

非常非常棒，整體來説，酒店的衞生、隔音效果，安全等等各方面我都很滿意，下次來還會選擇這家店的，今天早上的早餐也很好吃🤤，而且最開心的是酒店可以點到一點點喝，太完美了
