Hotel was very clean with good amenities. View of the ocean nice pool. The biggest issue was no restraunt on site. Needed to walk about 2 km down the beach to nearest restraunt. Food was just okay.
Response from Property: Initial have one restaurant there but due to the management not allow to open any restaurant there, therefore close down. Sorry for the incovenience, in the new futures you may purchase some food to cook there or require to call food delivery! Thanks

Room look liked it hasn’t been stayed for long.. Shower is not working well, no floor rug was provided, Surrounding also looks not well maintained, fallen leaves everywhere.. Reception opened until 7pm only, road to the place is also very dark. Stayed in a room with sauna and jacuzzi which is luckily working. Very very quiet place and near the beach for beautiful sunset view.

We understand the road leading in can feel quite dark, however pleased to inform that, the road light is not under our management as it is been handled by different management, we will address this issue to the other management for further action.Some of our units are older, and we offer them at a lower rate, while we also have fully renovated units available upon request for a more upgraded experience.Thank you again for your honest feedback. Aircond need to service, not cold in and outside the room. Hot water system not working.

Need to improve for Cleanliness, the rooms was dirty and got mold smell. Recommended to do renovation because the rooms quite old. Steambath also not function. The bed sheet are dirty too.

Nice place to relax....view dia memang excellent but sauna dalam bilik mandi X berfungsi.

- from the time we checked in after our hike, we were told we had to walk to our room cause there wasn’t a driver. But luckily the receptionist managed to get us one. - checked in. Whole apartment smelled funny. Ceiling had stains. Cupboards smelled bad. Fan in the hall wasn’t working, AC in the hall wasn’t working either cause batteries needed to be replaced. AC in the room wasn’t cold. Toilet supplies were incomplete. And there was a cockroach in the toilet. Maintenance ppl did come to try and fix the fan but couldn’t. So they gave us another room. - the other room was slightly better but still not good enough. Bed was creaking and sheets had stains. - only thing I liked was that the beach was nearby. - overall just not worth the price. Quite far out from town and so inconvenient to have to walk from the reception to the room.

Check in time too late 3pm. Welcome staff not friendly. Swimming pool rules may need to consider of attire for Muslimah guest. House cleaning personnel very helpful.

The hotel was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were stunning, and we enjoyed our time at the hotel. We were delighted by the large pool facing the beach. We could just walk right to the beach after taking a dip in the pool. The staffs were very pleasant. They were welcoming and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was efficient and attentive. Everyone was caring about our needs to ensure that we were enjoying our stay.

Superb & incredible view especially sunset. It was a quiet place & suitable to relax. However, it is sad to see the suite & surrounding area werent mauntain well. Rusty lights, old cabinets, old house smell.

Weaknesses: 1. Terrible smell from the clogged sink. 2. The balcony sliding door can't lock. 3. The window in the kitchen had no curtains/blinds. 4. The bathtub faucet (cool water) didn't work at all. 5. The floor literally dirty (too much sand) 6. No WiFi so I had to use mine but the internet coverage was very poor (maxis) 7. The rusty lamp at the balcony also didn't work. Strengths: 1. The beds are really comfortable. 2. The AC works well. 3. Fantastic scenery and nice surrounding. 4. The staffs are friendly.
