Enjoyed everything. Very quiet even though it is located on the Lewisham High Road. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Premiere Inn Lewisham has friendly staff who are ready to help. It is close to train and bus stations connecting you to London. I recommend it.

Facilities: very old
Hygiene: no one cleans every other day
Environment: near the station
Service: none
The space is relatively large, if you don't pay attention to details, you can stay for one night

It is said to be the largest budget hotel chain in the UK, but I was really disappointed after checking in. I was given a room at first, but it was very cold. I went up and down to the front desk three times, and each time they said that the heating was on and I just had to wait for 20 minutes. They also told me that if it was too hot, I could call them to turn off the heating. Please! There was no phone number in the room. Are you guys here to fool me?
It was really too cold. I asked a black lady at the front desk to come up and check it herself. She said it was really cold and didn't know why the heating was not there. I asked to change a room.
I changed to the room opposite, and a South Asian male waiter came up and said that the heating was on and he would call me. If it was too hot at night, he would call them to turn off the heating. Then he never came again. Please, are you guys here to fool me again? ! There was no heat at the air outlet all night, and it was blowing cold wind. I endured hiding in the quilt and slept for several hours in the cold wind.
I went down at 6am and found another South Asian waiter. He still said the heating was on. I said that from last night till now, several people told me that the heating was on. Do you want to check it carefully? I spent the whole night in a cold room! It doesn't make sense. They just think the facilities are good.
Is this Premier inn? The facilities in the room are simple, but they also freeze the guests away? Where is the service? This is the first and last time I book this brand of hotel chain. This is the worst of the four hotels I stayed in London this time. It's really a waste of money.

The waiters are friendly, the hotel food is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, there are vegetable markets, markets, and supermarkets nearby, and it is very convenient to go out to the bus and subway.

The review is a bit late. The sanitation service of this hotel is OK. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The transportation is very convenient. There is a transportation hub next to it. It is also close to a large supermarket. In addition, there is a large comprehensive shopping mall about 10 minutes' walk away. In short, the location is good. What makes people dissatisfied is that the room window cannot be opened, the exhaust of the toilet is connected to the exhaust of the corridor at the entrance of the room, and turning on the toilet light is equivalent to turning on the exhaust of the room. The most important thing is the noise! ! The noise is too loud! We stayed for 3 days and could only turn on the exhaust when we went out and close it when we came back. I hope the hotel can improve it. I forgot to take pictures because I checked out in a hurry

Good location, room and breakfast are average. However, it is still very suitable for business trips and is convenient for travel.

We visit the area regularly to see family and always stay at The Premier Inn. Great location for the DLR. Once again fantastic service from Rosa, Vittoria and Delores. Sorry we missed Kim but hope to see her next month. The breakfast is excellent, haven't managed to try and evening meal yet but they look very appetising.

This hotel is in a prime location near to Lewisham, DLR station and plenty of bus serives. This premier Inn is the worst we have ever stayed in for getting things done. On arrival, had to buzz 4 times to get to check in, and the gentleman in charge did not appear to be happy about it at all. Got to room, as usual very nice and clean, then noticed only one bath towel. When leaving for the evening we buzzed again at reception (as no-one appeared to be manning this) and asked if we could have another bath towel as there were two of in the room. "Yes, I'll send one up for you" said the young man, and we left. Back a couple of hours later no bath towel. Day 2, once again asked if we could have another bath towel. Got back in the evening, yippee there were now 2 bath towels. Day 3, went off, got back around 6 pm , low and behold the towels had been changed? And only 1 bath towel left out. On leaving for the evening, we buzzed reception again, and asked if we could have another towel also questioned why the towels had been changed, we had not asked for this. We also asked for some toilet paper as this was running very low. Yes, we were assured that the replacements would be taken care of. On returning to the room later that evening, no bath towel or toilet paper. Day 4, once again buzzed reception and asked for replacement bath towel, toilet paper and the shower gel was also running out. Yes this would be sorted for our return. Ha, ha, no towel, toilet paper or shower gel. We once again spoke to reception and yes this would be sorted. By this time we had spoken to four different people, who all appeared to be working on their own. We went out and on the way back to the hotel, bought toilet paper and shower gel, but not a towel, has we thought that might, by some miracle, have been replaced!! Oo, no it had not. On the last day, as per everyday, no-one was on reception to complain to. Probably making the breakfast, as there only appeared to be one person on at a time. Lewisham Town centre is buzzing with quite a lot of reasonably priced restraunts and cafes to eat at in the evening. Would we stay at this premier again, we doubt it, unless there are more staff and they respond to your requests

The hotel was lovely and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean and the shower was fairly easy to use and set to the correct temperature. The room was a bit warm as the windows don't open but it wasn't too bad and overall we had a lovely stay.

Bed was comfortable, there were signs up to tiptoe but the people in the room above chose to ignore them. Had a later night and earlier morning than I wanted. The shower pressure was poor. There was mould around the window where the children’s bed was set up. The room was a bit tired and worn. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken and a false eyelash was found on one of the towels. Breakfast was poorly stocked and equally as poorly cooked. Threw hash browns in the bin as they were still icy in the middle. Was going to mention all this at check-out but there was nobody at the desk.

This is a lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, deliscious food and firndly and helpful staff. I often come here without staying. If you know anything about this part of London, you will find as much as I do, that it's a much needed sanctury of peace and quiet and civilisation as well. As for the staff, particular reference MUST be given to Kim and Delores for their kindness and helpfulness.
