Enjoyed everything. Very quiet even though it is located on the Lewisham High Road. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

It is said to be the largest budget hotel chain in the UK, but I was really disappointed after checking in. I was given a room at first, but it was very cold. I went up and down to the front desk three times, and each time they said that the heating was on and I just had to wait for 20 minutes. They also told me that if it was too hot, I could call them to turn off the heating. Please! There was no phone number in the room. Are you guys here to fool me? It was really too cold. I asked a black lady at the front desk to come up and check it herself. She said it was really cold and didn't know why the heating was not there. I asked to change a room. I changed to the room opposite, and a South Asian male waiter came up and said that the heating was on and he would call me. If it was too hot at night, he would call them to turn off the heating. Then he never came again. Please, are you guys here to fool me again? ! There was no heat at the air outlet all night, and it was blowing cold wind. I endured hiding in the quilt and slept for several hours in the cold wind. I went down at 6am and found another South Asian waiter. He still said the heating was on. I said that from last night till now, several people told me that the heating was on. Do you want to check it carefully? I spent the whole night in a cold room! It doesn't make sense. They just think the facilities are good. Is this Premier inn? The facilities in the room are simple, but they also freeze the guests away? Where is the service? This is the first and last time I book this brand of hotel chain. This is the worst of the four hotels I stayed in London this time. It's really a waste of money.

The waiters are friendly, the hotel food is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, there are vegetable markets, markets, and supermarkets nearby, and it is very convenient to go out to the bus and subway.

It is also close to a large supermarket. In addition, there is a large comprehensive shopping mall about 10 minutes' walk away. In short, the location is good. What makes people dissatisfied is that the room window cannot be opened, the exhaust of the toilet is connected to the exhaust of the corridor at the entrance of the room, and turning on the toilet light is equivalent to turning on the exhaust of the room. The most important thing is the noise! ​​! The noise is too loud! We stayed for 3 days and could only turn on the exhaust when we went out and close it when we came back. I hope the hotel can improve it. I forgot to take pictures because I checked out in a hurry

Shout out to Joe who works at the Premier Inn. She has such a lovely smile and caring spirit. She went out of her way to check to see if any of our room were ready a bit ahead of time. She was very accommodating. Answering any questions that we had thank you very much Joe. As for the rooms the beds were so soft, clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough. The tub was deep enough to soak in but high to get in lol. The room was clean. All and all I had a wonderful time. I would easily recommend this place and stay here again!

The head house keeper, Jo is the best. Very welcoming and nice to us❤️ especially with children. The room is comfy and clean. Overall recommend families to stay here. -Poppy

Victoria and Josephine were literally the most amazing staff I’ve ever met. When I got there, I was a bit nervous cause I get shy when I’m talking to people but they really made me feel comfortable and accommodated me very well. I loved the food in the restaurant as well. That atmosphere is amazing and it’s not loud or too noisy as well. I will definitely be returning to this location as well. Thanks for having me premier inn!
