Enjoyed everything. Very quiet even though it is located on the Lewisham High Road. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Premiere Inn Lewisham has friendly staff who are ready to help. It is close to train and bus stations connecting you to London. I recommend it.

The waiters are friendly, the hotel food is good, the rooms are clean and tidy, the transportation is convenient, there are vegetable markets, markets, and supermarkets nearby, and it is very convenient to go out to the bus and subway.

The review is a bit late. The sanitation service of this hotel is OK. There is a restaurant in the hotel. The transportation is very convenient. There is a transportation hub next to it. It is also close to a large supermarket. In addition, there is a large comprehensive shopping mall about 10 minutes' walk away. In short, the location is good. What makes people dissatisfied is that the room window cannot be opened, the exhaust of the toilet is connected to the exhaust of the corridor at the entrance of the room, and turning on the toilet light is equivalent to turning on the exhaust of the room. The most important thing is the noise! ​​! The noise is too loud! We stayed for 3 days and could only turn on the exhaust when we went out and close it when we came back. I hope the hotel can improve it. I forgot to take pictures because I checked out in a hurry

Good location, room and breakfast are average. However, it is still very suitable for business trips and is convenient for travel.

Quite satisfied?

Bed was comfortable, there were signs up to tiptoe but the people in the room above chose to ignore them. Had a later night and earlier morning than I wanted. The shower pressure was poor. There was mould around the window where the children’s bed was set up. The room was a bit tired and worn. The bathroom soap dispenser was broken and a false eyelash was found on one of the towels. Breakfast was poorly stocked and equally as poorly cooked. Threw hash browns in the bin as they were still icy in the middle. Was going to mention all this at check-out but there was nobody at the desk.

This is a lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, deliscious food and firndly and helpful staff. I often come here without staying. If you know anything about this part of London, you will find as much as I do, that it's a much needed sanctury of peace and quiet and civilisation as well. As for the staff, particular reference MUST be given to Kim and Delores for their kindness and helpfulness.

Aera a complete getto nothing locally no decent bars or food. Hotel a dive no sleep at all just niose from heating fans all night. Bathroom bath pannel delamination falling apart and paint peeling from skirting boards just rotting wood room 105.

Great experience! It’s amazing how the staff treated us so well, the lady at the reception was really friendly. I couldn’t. I can’t remember her name but she was the best from Jamaica and energy was up. The restaurant was really nice and we ate dinner there.

We stayed at the hotel earlier in the year to visit our new born granddaughters nearby. Had a very good experience, my only gripe was that after 3 days there was still no Doom Bar ale available only very expensive bottled lagers. I could believe it when we walked in to the hotel this time Kim looked up and said, "We have plenty of Doom Bar!" Given the thousands of people she must have met since our visit, I was astounded she remembered. Excellent service Kim and we'll see you at the end of the month.

The staff were very friendly and approachable which really made the trip feel extra special! The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was tasty. Couldn’t have asked for more! The hotel was also close by to the train station and had nearby bus stops making it easy to get around the city
