This was a family trip. Xiao Yang at the front desk was very helpful. Because the original room had a strong smell of smoke, he even changed it to another room for free. Thumbs up👍. I slept well at night during my stay these few days. The environment is very quiet and the guest room is clean. I give a thumbs up to Sister Yueying who is responsible for cleaning the guest room👍
The room we stayed in could see the Nanqiao River. The environment was good, the view was wide, there were many restaurants around, and there were two large shopping malls within a few minutes' walk, which was very convenient.

As soon as we entered the hotel, Xiaoju came up to us with a smile on her face and enthusiastically helped us with our luggage. When we checked in, she patiently introduced the hotel's facilities and services to us, not letting go of every detail, which made us look forward to the next stay.
During our stay, Xiaowu's service was even more impressive. After we checked out, we left some items behind. When Xiaowu learned about it, he immediately called us to inform us and mailed it back. It took only a few minutes, which was efficient and considerate.
And Wenshi gave us a big surprise in terms of catering. When we asked for local food recommendations, Wenshi not only introduced various special dishes in detail, but also gave suggestions based on our taste preferences. There is a beach and sea view promenade across the road downstairs, and there are shopping malls around it, which is very convenient. The room facilities are very good. There is a full-length mirror, which is very convenient. The bathroom is Kohler brand and comes with a disposable toilet seat. The only drawback is that the angle of the shower head cannot be adjusted, making bathing inconvenient. It is recommended that the hotel improve it as soon as possible. In addition, if you are driving, it is best to call the front desk and ask the front desk to send you a guidance video, otherwise it will be difficult to find your way into the parking lot. Fortunately, I chose this hotel after carefully reading the reviews and saw the parking reminder in the reviews. (Attached is a reminder from the hotel: Please park your vehicle in the B/E area of the parking lot of the ”Vientiane Sands Bay Shopping Center” with pink/blue colors on the wall). When you arrive at the parking lot, go through the gate and turn left and keep driving. It is best to park until Area B is closer to the elevator, and areas B/E are free. The location of the room is very good, not far from anywhere. After staying for one night, the price is still a little higher.
Dongfeng Market has been relocated to Fisherman's Wharf and has a lot of seafood. It may be retail, and the price is not particularly cheap. Large flower snails cost NT$50 per pound, and shrimps cost NT$70 per pound. They smell like gasoline. The processing fee for boiled rice is 15 yuan per pound, which is quite expensive. For 10 people, the processing fee is more than 300, which is too much.

I came to this hotel for the first time with my friends. It is located near the Golden Sand Bay Seaview Promenade. The Red-billed Gull Cruise is opposite the downstairs and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The hotel lobby has a good environment, with snacks and tea, and a massage chair in the lounge area for free. The housekeeper Xiao Yu has a good service attitude, is gentle and polite, helps to upgrade the room experience, and carefully introduces the various rights and interests of the hotel. This is my first time staying in this kind of hotel, and I feel it is quite novel. The TV is projected and the screen is very large. It is just not clear, and the effect is similar to all screen projection. The room facilities are average. The front desk service is good. Since there is no catering equipment, breakfast is provided by KFC in the mall next door, which is also quite rich. What I want to complain is: Because it is a Wanda Plaza store, the underground parking garage is like a maze, and it took more than ten minutes to find the exit. 😭

It was a rare business trip, and staying at Kaiyuan Hotel really gave me an unexpected surprise. From the hotel lobby to the room, the sea view is really great, and the service attitude of the ladies at the front desk is comparable to that of a five-star hotel. Secondly, the layout of the room is brand new, with complete facilities and equipment, and everything that should be equipped is available. Thumbs up. There are many types of breakfast, which really suits us busy people who are on business trips, and it feels like a break from the busy schedule. Next time I go back, I will still stay at Kaiyuan, at least the first impression really determines all choices.

Regarding quality of services, one of the best hotels we have ever stay, five stars from us! Our special thanks to Ms. Yvonne Zhao for great help with all matters during our stay, but also to all people from reception and front desk. Very good selection of food for breakfast. Convenient underground parking. There is ATM, service center in hotel, it is possible to pay with foreign credit cards. Large supermarket just behind the corner. This hotel will be always preferential for us during stay in Zhanjiang!

YYancey Huang幾家親戚出行選了這家新酒店，和酒店上傳的圖片一致，環境衞生都挺好，服務也很不錯，保安大叔冒着大暴雨安排我們停車，酒店前台很熱情，為我們推薦當地都美食，服務很周到，為我們i安排了同一個樓層，方便我們一家人互相溝通，房間內出現的小插曲也第一時間安排人員解決問題，房間的空調很給力，住了兩天，總體還是很不錯的，就是有一點，洗手間的洗手池和水龍頭安裝的不是很合理，這是前期設計的問題，和酒店服務無關吧，衹能是希望下次翻新的時候能改進吧。

The walls are dirty too. But the service is great! The administration immediately sent the code from the door, they came and formalised us. Very nice girl, responsive. There are no towels, only disposable thin ones. There are no toothbrushes. The sanitary units are not very good. But if you spend the night, it will do. The beds are new and clean. 😂
