兩房一廳性價比真的很高。房間衞生乾淨整潔，進去房間無異味，樓層高，住的也很舒服。設備齊全，還有洗衣機，很便利，樓下吃飯也多，距離敏捷廣場很近走過去就行。值得推薦。

地理位置優越，就在附近敏捷廣場，吃喝都很方便，複式的一樓配有洗衣機冰箱，都挺好的。客服小姐姐也是很有耐心的回答，服務真的很不錯，房費也便宜，總的來説性價比很高！

酒店有點舊。。。
跟介紹的相片不符😅
但前台服務幾好，我反映問題後有替我換房，但一樣舊。。。
他們也坦白說了，是比較舊，所以未必換到我合適的。
所以價錢的確是反映一切🤣
由於我們好夜才入住，第二朝又好早離開，只睡幾小時所以沒所謂。
但如果一家大小的就不建議了，因實在舊和整潔情況一般😅

肇慶拾光公寓體驗分享——部分情況有待改進
在肇慶的短暫居住期間，我選擇了拾光公寓作為我的臨時住所。整體來説，公寓的位置還算便利，周邊的生活設施也比較齊全，給我的生活帶來了一定的方便。然而，在入住過程中，我也發現了一些不盡如人意的地方，尤其是按金和衞生情況方面，讓我有些失望。
首先説説按金問題。拾光公寓收取的按金相對較高，固定為150元。雖然這個金額不算特別誇張，但相較於其他同類公寓或酒店，這樣的按金標準還是顯得有些偏高。且退房時按金不是當即退回，而是在下午18點之前退回，存在按金退還延遲情況，在我看來，按金的主要作用是保障房東的權益，防止租客破壞房間設施或拖欠房租等。但在實際入住過程中，我並沒有感受到這筆按金帶來的額外保障或服務提升，因此覺得有些不值。
再來説説衞生情況。這是我最為不滿的一點。公寓的房間在清潔度上顯然沒有達到我的預期。傢俱表面都存在一些不易察覺的污漬和灰塵，給人一種不夠整潔的感覺。尤其是在馬桶和洗手池的邊緣有明顯的污垢殘留，讓人在使用時感到十分不適，同時花灑的水在洗澡時候時熱時冷。這狀況不僅影響了我的居住體驗，也讓我對公寓的管理和維護水平產生了質疑。
當然，除了上述兩點不足之外，拾光公寓在其他方面還是有一些可取之處的。比如房間的採光和通風條件都不錯，讓我能夠在忙碌的一天後享受到舒適的休息環境。此外，公寓周邊的交通也比較便利，出行購物都很方便。
總的來説，我對肇慶拾光公寓的體驗並不算特別滿意。尤其是在按金和衞生情況方面，我覺得還有很大的提升空間。希望公寓方面能夠重視這些問題，加強管理和維護力度，為租客提供更加優質的住宿服務環境。
