前台服務不錯👍床墊很軟，服務員幫着換了一面，把羽絨墊也拿掉了。早餐不錯，今早有餚肉；淡季顧客很少。午餐晚餐都在一樓餐廳吃的。

酒店停車場不大，但管理還可以。住店的客人會安排好停車。住宿和吃飯分開在兩棟樓裏面，服務一般，上菜很慢。

總的來説設施到位，衞生乾淨，環境不錯，服務周到！首次來鎮江也第一次光顧本酒店，工作人員服務態度很好，有種賓至如歸的感覺。
