The landscape of the surrounding area was ideal. The garden was well kept. However the room carpet not very clean. The general cleanliness in the bathroom was acceptable. Service was excellent. We forgot our password of the deposit box. The maintenance guy came and politely said must call the manager who came shortly after that. They were both very polite and professional."

Qian Hui at the front desk provided great service. He called us in advance to remind us of the road construction outside the scenic area and asked us to pay attention to safety. He also responded to our requests during our stay! The hotel is very close to Qianhua Ancient Village, and it is very convenient to walk and drive. Qianhua Ancient Village is free after 5 pm, but there is not much to see at night. It is recommended to drive to the evening show, as there are no lights on the way back. You still have to climb Baohua Mountain during the day."

This attitude is also shocking. The service attitude of the waiter in the ecological restaurant was quite good. He helped warm the beer. The tableware and beer board were very well prepared. As for the facilities, there were no earplugs, which are provided by the Express Hotel. There was no damper on the door of the guest room. I heard the door closing sound countless times in the morning, and I slept very badly. The light button in the room is luminous, which means it is on after turning off the light. There are at least 3 sets. This directly leads to the effect that you don't need to turn on the light when you get up at night. In summary, I will not go there again in the future"

"I booked a deluxe river view room, and it was really spacious, directly facing the river with an amazing view. I even captured a stunning sunset from my room! My only minor gripe is that the hotel windows could use a good cleaning, as it slightly detracted from the experience. The housekeeping staff were excellent; they promptly brought extra water and blankets when I requested them twice. I also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant, and the food was delicious. The double set menu offered a great variety, including local specialties like 'Guogai Mian' (Pot Lid Noodles) and 'Yaorou' (Jelly Meat), with generous portions that were more than enough for our family of three. The hotel's location is superb. It's about 3 kilometers from Xijin Ferry, a quick 10 RMB taxi ride away. There's also a convenient bus stop right downstairs. Plus, there's a lovely riverside promenade; Beigu Mountain is only about 800 meters away. It's incredibly convenient for getting around, much better than staying directly in the crowded and noisy tourist areas."
