"The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around, and it's close to the high-speed rail station. The surrounding area is a bustling commercial district, but I couldn't find anywhere to eat breakfast. The room itself was very basic, and some of the wallpaper was peeling. The staff at the front desk were unenthusiastic, but the cleaning staff were decent. Overall, the experience wasn't great."

Zhenjiang International Center Orange Crystal Hotel ★★★★

"This is the first time I've encountered a Huazhu Hotels Group property where, despite it not being a holiday, a room wasn't ready at check-in time. Failing to guarantee a basic check-in time severely disrupted our travel itinerary for the day, causing us to arrive at the attractions so late that many were already closing their doors. The spacious room gets a thumbs-up, but the duvet made my skin itchy while sleeping. Overall, the impression is that while the environment looks nice on the surface, the attention to detail is severely lacking."

Guotian Theme Hotel (Zhenjiang Jiangsu University) ★★

"This stay was a terrible experience, and I would highly recommend staying here. First, there's the parking issue. The booking page showed free parking, and when I arrived, I planned to call to ask where I could park, but no one answered after two calls! So I had to park in the nearby Dongfang Xinjia Garden. Later, when I inquired at the front desk, I learned that the parking lot was indeed in Dongfeng Xinjia Garden, but only one parking voucher was available per 24 hours, allowing only one exit. Second, there's the room layout problem. The toilet and bathroom didn't have doors, only a shared curtain. There was a slight odor as soon as I entered the room, and the bathroom and toilet floors were raised, so water might seep into the room while showering. Also, when one person is showering, another person can't use the toilet because they have to walk through the doorless bathroom doorway. Third, there's the soundproofing problem. The room's soundproofing was extremely poor. On the night of my check-in, I could clearly hear someone snoring next door, and I could also hear people walking in the hallway. I'm usually not picky about my sleeping environment, but I had a hard time falling asleep that night. However, since it was around 3 AM and I checked out early, I didn't request a room change. Earplugs were provided in the room, but I don't think everyone is used to wearing them. Earplugs are meant for slightly sensitive guests to help them fall asleep, not for ordinary guests to protect themselves from noise in situations with poor soundproofing. Finally, the front desk staff provided excellent service, and check-in was smooth. The issues mentioned above are problems with the hotel's design and operations, and have nothing to do with any service personnel."

"I stayed here for a few days and was very satisfied overall. The service was excellent, and all the details were explained thoroughly. The room was very clean, and the large parking lot had plenty of spaces, which was very convenient for me traveling by car. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Zhenjiang."

"The air conditioner in my room wasn't cooling well. I immediately went to the front desk, and the staff there were excellent. Within five minutes, they upgraded my room and even gave me complimentary access to the 75th-floor buffet with drinks and snacks. It's normal to encounter issues, but their speed in resolving them was fantastic. I'll definitely stay at the Marriott again when I visit Zhenjiang."

"We stayed with our child, and the front desk staff were incredibly patient and proactively offered to properly store eye drops, catering to our little one's needs, which was very heartwarming. The air conditioning in the room was excellent, the room itself was clean and tidy, and the facilities were well-maintained. The pool wasn't crowded either, so we enjoyed a swim in the afternoon when it was hot, and explored the sights in the mornings and evenings. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient access to transportation around the area. Overall, it offers great value for money, and it was a very reassuring stay for a family trip. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Zhenjiang."
