The soundproofing is really bad. Someone checked into the next room late at night, and I could hear every footstep inside their room clearly. The sound of their shower was as if it was right next to me. In the morning, the hallway cleaning was also very noisy… The tea eggs at breakfast were spoiled, and the fruit was unripe and super sour. Maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to taste, but I wouldn't dare say.

With an underground parking garage available, my stay this time was truly delightful! The hotel's environment is beautiful and verdant, offering a wonderfully serene atmosphere. I especially appreciated the thoughtful design and attention to detail throughout the hotel. In particular, the bed was incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly until morning and woke up feeling refreshed and energetic! Breakfast was also plentiful and varied, perfectly satisfying my appetite. The staff were incredibly warm and friendly, providing meticulous and thoughtful service that made me feel truly welcome. Overall, staying here for this trip was truly excellent value for money. I'll definitely be back! The location is also very convenient, with easy access to transport. I highly recommend this place to anyone planning a vacation here!

Last time I went there, I booked three standard rooms at once. It's no exaggeration to say that those who travel to Zhenjiang recently can go there without a second thought. The location cannot be said to be completely in the city center, but Zhenjiang is too small, so it is super convenient to take a taxi, and most importantly, the hotel is very new! All facilities are in place. It's so happy to live here. The service attitude is also good. I'm too lazy to run around in the hot summer. There is a restaurant in the hotel lobby. The food is delicious and not expensive. It's no problem to travel with family. I was worried that it was Atour X. It's better than many Atour stores! Despite our late arrival, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient during check-in. They even thoughtfully upgraded our room and provided complimentary warm milk to help us sleep. The room itself was very comfortable, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the excellent soundproofing ensured a perfect night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of choices, and the service staff were courteous and attentive. In the afternoon, the front desk proactively offered us a complimentary late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, an absolutely wonderful experience!

The price is really good for off-peak travel. From the moment we arrived, the hotel front desk provided us with meticulous service with a professional and enthusiastic attitude. Not only did they patiently select a comfortable room for us to ensure that we stayed at ease, but they also carefully introduced the beautiful scenery and characteristics around the hotel, which gave us a deeper understanding of Zhenjiang. In particular, the tourist route planned for us by Xiao Zhang at the front desk was so thoughtful! I was deeply impressed that she took the initiative to contact us when something accidentally fell in the lobby. Your enthusiasm and professionalism made us feel the warmth of home and made this trip more memorable. It is our luck to meet a front desk like you who serves with heart! I am very satisfied with this stay experience. There are many parking spaces, and there are places with popular snacks around. The room is also clean and tidy. The waiters I met are all warmly greeted. It is a happy and satisfying experience.

The room is near Xijindu, very close to the scenic area. Xijindu itself is rich in history and offers a wide variety of food. We paid a little extra, and the hotel upgraded our room and included breakfast. They also offer free rental of Republic of China-era costumes for photos, which is great for taking pictures in Xijindu. There were also staff members who helped with luggage and complimentary souvenirs were given.

This time, the king room with a bathtub was fantastic! The king-size bed was soft and comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The freestanding bathtub was clean with plenty of hot water, perfect for a relaxing soak. The printer and public computers in the lobby were super convenient, a lifesaver for business travelers needing to work on the go. The gym was well-equipped and clean, and the self-service laundry room with both washers and dryers was incredibly helpful for business trips or travel. The hotel was very clean, the service was excellent, and it offered great value for money. I'll definitely be back!

First and foremost, the most discouraging aspect: the location is incredibly remote! It's over 20 kilometers from the city center, a 45-minute drive each way. If you're like me and want to visit the city, commuting will take 1.5 hours each way, a significant time commitment that directly diminishes the overall experience. Other aspects are average: the inclusion of a washing machine in the room is a practical highlight, saving you from going to the laundry room, but the lack of a dryer is a drawback, making it inconvenient on rainy days or when you're rushing. Two more minor details that negatively impact the experience: first, the cleaning lady mistakenly disposed of my bag as trash (even if it looked like trash, it's advisable to confirm beforehand); second, the hotel has a ping-pong table but no balls, leaving you with nothing to play with, a somewhat disappointing ”all show and no substance” situation. In short, if your itinerary revolves around the city, choose this hotel with caution; if you need to stay in the suburbs for special reasons and can accept the commuting time, its basic amenities (like the washing machine) can barely compensate, but the location and these minor issues definitely lower the overall experience.

I booked this hotel specifically for the 2-meter bed, and while I didn't pay attention to the room size, it turned out to be incredibly spacious! The windows can be opened and have screens. There were two sofas, a desk, and a chair, which was really comfortable! The location is at one of the entrances to the old street (closer to Beigu Mountain, further from Jinshan Temple). However: The exterior of the building looks a bit rundown (though Xijindu in general might have this aesthetic). The front desk area (decor-wise) felt more like a guesthouse, and I felt a bit disheartened during check-in (especially since I had initially planned to stay at Holiday Inn, and the weekday price difference wasn't significant). The sitting area is by the window, while the bed is in the middle of the room. The two areas aren't light-separated, so if someone needs darkness to sleep, the other person would have to stay in the bathroom if they're still awake. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered! But then again: Once the call connected, they were very quick to deliver items. They even offer late-night snacks at 9 PM (either Guogai Noodles or Tremella soup). A small bowl of Tremella soup, wrapped in cling film, was delivered and tasted quite good. Perhaps because there are many buildings, the room was pre-stocked with many chargeable items: drinks, coffee, disposable towels, underwear, and even small boxes (placed to the left of the sink). For families with children, I'd suggest putting these away beforehand.

Hotel us very good. This is my second time for business trip. I liked this hotel. Reception people was very caring and nice. Hot has very nice breakfast Europe and asian style. Hotel has free coffee at reception if you want. Walking distance some electronic mall and 2-3 min by car metro station.
