Jinling Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Zhenjiang

Nice hotel, above my expectations especially the service and overall staff’s attitude, very professional and willing to help in any situation. The rooms are getting a bit dated but still ok, only two bad notes: 1) room windows are completely without any kind of soundproof therefore the outside sounds are quite strong and the room can get noisy, 2) the “gym” is mainly a bunch of old gym tools and machines put together in a corner of a floor, quite old, used out and in same case dangerous (rust, unstable….).

Environment: Next to the lake, beautiful scenery Facilities: Upgraded with bathtub 🛁, bathing is very comfortable, and the whole house is smart Hygiene: clean and tidy Service: Yuanyuan and Xiao Jiang at the front desk were gentle and patient, and the service was great😎. They also gave us Xue Zhiqian concert peripherals and helped us upgrade our room type. We will choose here next time

The room is relatively large, there are more wardrobes, the refrigerator and washing machine are fully equipped, the surrounding environment is very good, Trip.com points are given fruit, the front desk service is warm after arriving at the store, and the initiative to give breakfast. The price of living has not risen sharply due to the holiday. It is very convenient to drive to various scenic spots.

The lobby of the hotel feels very grand when you enter it. When you check in, the front desk service is very warm and thoughtful. I saw a child taking the initiative to provide children's slippers and toothbrushes. The room is clean and tidy. The Western restaurant with breakfast buffet has a good environment and the noodles are delicious!
