Four Points by Sheraton Anshun Huangguoshu

Service: I received a call from the front desk the morning before check-in asking if I needed anything. I jokingly asked for an upgrade. Upon arrival, Ms. Mia upgraded it and even provided children's toiletries for my child. From the bellhop to the front desk attendant, to the floor attendant...everyone greeted me warmly, which was a truly heartwarming experience. Environment: This is a newly opened hotel, very clean and spacious, and close to Huangguoshu (even with the shuttle bus). Facilities: This was the only downside. The room was spacious, but the two chairs in the garden-view room were too hard. A sofa bed or tatami tea room would have been a better place for photos. Also, the toilet water pressure was a bit low.

The room is a normal room, but the restaurant of this hotel saved me. The full score is for the restaurant. I can't get used to the taste of Guizhou when traveling, mainly because I can't eat spicy food. I tried the hotel's lunch when checking in. It was very suitable for Cantonese people and the price was reasonable. I was moved. I stayed for two nights and all three meals were included in the hotel restaurant.

We arrived at the hotel at 10pm. There was nothing to order for takeout and the hotel was closed, so we ordered McDonald's. There were few parking spaces in the hotel's underground parking lot and it was still under renovation. The room layout was average, the water from the shower head was not very comfortable, the floor was a little slippery and there was no anti-slip mat. The wood on the bathroom curtain was still rough, which was not in line with the price of the hotel. The wooden grille beside the bed also felt strange, with a pillar in the middle. It was a mountain view room, but the back mountain had not been renovated yet. When coming up from the garage, there was a lot of duct material piled up on the left, which was quite messy. A deposit was required upon check-in, which was something I couldn't understand, although I would refund it.

The room is clean and the service attitude is very good. I am very satisfied. The room rate of the Zhiye Hotel I booked before is twice as expensive, but the room is cheap like a dormitory. I still believe in chain hotels, the quality is there.
