Breakfast is quite good, and my kids loved the play area on the second floor; they both had a great time. Plus, the two ladies at the front desk had excellent service awareness and attitude – they were super quick to bring water even late at night! 👍"

"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The room looks nothing like the pictures online; it's barely 10 square meters! It feels like it hasn't been updated since 2007. There's zero soundproofing, and I was woken up at 6 AM by noise. The toilet kept making a rattling noise in the middle of the night, and even after staff came to fix it twice, they couldn't, and actually made it so it couldn't flush at all. I couldn't even use the toilet the next morning! How dare they charge 300 a night for this? It's worth 70 bucks at most! Absolutely terrible!"
