GGuest UserI was incredibly satisfied with this hotel I booked in Huangguoshu, I felt completely pampered! The value for money is outstanding. The hotel is about 1 km from the Huangguoshu ticketing center, and they offer a shuttle service to and from the ticketing center (just add the front desk WeChat in advance to book). A big thanks to the driver! The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and their service was meticulous. If you're visiting Shuiliandong (Water Curtain Cave), you can ask the front desk for disposable raincoats (very useful!), shoe covers, insect repellent, and cooling oil – it's a really thoughtful touch. Facilities: The room was very spacious and had a balcony. It featured a smart TV and smart curtains. There was a large and roomy walk-in closet and bathroom with a bathtub (disposable tub liners provided). The bath towels and face towels were also disposable, which was very hygienic. The king-size bed was very comfortable. Hotel breakfast is from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM, and the food was delicious. Highly, highly recommend! And thanks again to the hotel, the lovely front desk staff, and the drivers for such a wonderful experience.

GGuest UserComfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms were the same as described on Travel, the real scene and the photos were identical, completely beyond expectations. Very close to the attraction, walk a little faster ten minutes to the scenic spot by car, the owner and wife can always pick us up to the scenic spot boarding point. The hotel environment is clearly decorated with care: there is a piano, a lounge area, and warm coffee. Hygiene cleaning in place, delicious breakfast; morning rush attractions will be courteously packed well, is a warm bed and breakfast. Detail highlights: The bed and breakfast is equipped with an elevator The room is equipped with eye masks, bath bags and other courteous items The feeling of being treated with care at a friend's house Large room space There are many gourmet shops in the surrounding area Stay Experience: Taking parents and children on a peak season trip, overall relaxed and not tiring. It is quite convenient to stay here for strolling through scenic spots.

SshenyubitOrange Hotel's service is truly the best I've ever encountered; the hotel is exceptionally well-managed. The hotel is spotless, and they provide a shuttle service to the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area. Breakfast is also very rich, and mineral water is provided in the rooms. I want to especially thank the young ladies at the front desk. I fainted after slipping in Tianxing Cave, and they not only extended my check-out time but also provided us with free safflower oil to take with us. Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Highly recommended!

JJoycelyn SuNice hotel, loves the hot spring in room, very nice soak in winter. The view was ok, overlooked residential so nothing to rave about. Fantastic service from the staff, with free laundry service 🥰, and hotel provide shuttle to/from Huangguoshu National Park entrance, which was certainly a welcoming gesture as it's quite a distance to walk. Overall a comfortable & enjoyable stay, will certainly choose this accom again when we next visit Huangguoshu.

GGuest UserGuolv Hotel Transfer: The owner has a dedicated 7-seater car for transfers, with a license plate that has many '9's. Just call anytime, and they'll pick you up or drop you off – super convenient. The hotel also has a parking lot, and to my surprise, even an underground one, which was great for us driving there. We parked the car at the hotel, visited the sights, and then drove off when we were ready – no issues at all. The room is fully smart-controlled. Curtains, TV, and lights can all be controlled by voice. The only downside is that there's no smart toilet. The hotel has an elevator, which made handling luggage easy. The local weather is said to be 21 degrees Celsius all year round, but it was a bit chilly at night during our visit. I asked the front desk for a heater, and it worked quite well. The service from the staff was really good!

You can eat, drink and play together. You can cook, cook, and make tea by the stove. You can take trains, horse-drawn carriages, and fish. The staff are very considerate and user-friendly. Management team, if you need anything, we will solve it for you as soon as possible. In a word, it’s great👌. It’s worth recommending to everyone.

GGuest UserBasic but functional hotel. Room toilet was poorly designed, without any hooks in the shower stall, such that there was a need to step directly into the room after showering. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the poor design of the toilet caused privacy issues. Breakfast had virtually no variety, even though the noodles cooked on-demand were tasty and of good quality. Hotel staff originally seemed a little cold, but were extremely helpful in handling our baggage. Hotel is a short walk away from the main entrance of the waterfall park, close to many eateries that sell affordable food open at night.

SSoh Kien PengThis is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in China. It is newly opened just last year and the amenities and facilities are so modern and clean. It is relatively cheap at less than S$35/- per night and I booked it via Trip.com. Breakfast is provided. Although it is not the continental buffet, the noodles, eggs, buns, soya bean, sweet potatoes, vegetables, etc are equally nutritious and stomach filling. There is a washing machine and dryer near the lobby and the counter staff, Yang De Rong was so helpful and considerate that she hang up the laundry for us after the drying in order not to disturb our sleep. One of the staff even drove us to the entrance of Huangguoshu Waterfall even though it is only a short 10 mins walk to the attraction. During our departure, the boss of the hotel personally drove us to the coach station so that we could take the public bus to the high speed train station. The service is marvellous and I strongly recommend this hotel to visitors to Huangguoshu Waterfall. I will stay here again if I come again.

GGuest User.The location is excellent. Just opposite the scenic bus pickup station. There are many eateries nearby. The hotel is old and out-dated. However, the bed is comfy and the bedding and towels are clean. The front desk staff is friendly and allowed me to extend my checkout time.
