We arrived at the hotel at 10pm. There was nothing to order for takeout and the hotel was closed, so we ordered McDonald's. There were few parking spaces in the hotel's underground parking lot and it was still under renovation. The room layout was average, the water from the shower head was not very comfortable, the floor was a little slippery and there was no anti-slip mat. The wood on the bathroom curtain was still rough, which was not in line with the price of the hotel. The wooden grille beside the bed also felt strange, with a pillar in the middle. It was a mountain view room, but the back mountain had not been renovated yet. When coming up from the garage, there was a lot of duct material piled up on the left, which was quite messy. A deposit was required upon check-in, which was something I couldn't understand, although I would refund it.

First of all, the location is far from the scenic spot. If you want to go early, you can only drive or take a taxi. Secondly, I was very dissatisfied during my stay. The laundry room is located in a remote location. One of the dryers stopped automatically after working for two minutes, wasting two hours. After reporting it twice, they didn’t recognize the fault and hung a sign that it was under repair. During this period, the staff verbally said that they would help me pay attention to whether the clothes were dried and call me to inform me. There was no follow-up. In the end, I went to the laundry room again and again to confirm. During my stay, I experienced a power outage. The front desk said it was a maintenance trip. After the takeaway was not delivered to the door and put it at the front desk, I asked why it was not delivered to the door. The front desk staff was able to communicate with customers in a rhetorical tone, which was eye-opening. I can only hope that it will close soon and avoid thunder

This Sheraton in Huangguoshu is very comfortable. We arrived at 10 pm, checked in, and found that children's slippers and toothbrushes had been prepared in advance in the room. There were many breakfast varieties. I had to eat Jianfen every morning when I arrived in Guizhou, haha. It is very close to Huangguoshu, and it is much more convenient to have a shuttle bus.
